INTRODUCTION 2018 is continuing the increased focus on office design and the ways in which your working environment can affect your business’ performance. Company culture is changing and it’s paramount to your company’s success that your office can keep up with the changes. Effective office design can essentially support, as well as enhance your company in many ways: it can boost productivity, efficiency and teamwork. It is an intrinsic element to the company’s success. Developing and designing your workspace can be quite a daunting process which requires a lot of thought and consideration. Working with a professional office design team can solve this. They will provide you with an office design that benefits your business and allows employees to work to the best of their ability. Designers recognise that office space shapes company culture. Your environment is second only to your team when it comes to cultivating a strong sense of common identity. As a result, your office will not only be functional, but also appealing and comfortable to your team, creating the perfect platform for growth.

3 KEY BENEFITS 1

3
A considered office space provides your team with various working areas, as well as downtime spaces, where they can relax and interact with one another. Investing in supporting your employees needs will - in turn - increase their productivity levels.
Regardless of your business output as is, successful office design has the ability to transform a tired and gloomy environment into a motivated and inspirational one – which will eventually reflect positively on the overall business performance.
Employees and clients are more invested in a company when a company is more invested in itself. Your office is a platform to enhance your brand and core values. Investing in your office’s design tells your employees that you value them and you have a vision for the company.

PETER RIGNEY
CRIONA TURLEY MANAGING DIRECTOR
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Brendan believes in approaching design with an open mind. This allows him to become part of your team and experience spaces from your point of view - how do you want to feel, what do you want people to think, what’s the story you want to tell?
Peter approaches design from the holistic perspective of physical interaction. His visionary design is about understanding people behavior and how they engage with a office environment. He transforms these insights into tangible experiences that make a genuine connection and encourage communication.
Criona’s leadership supports both TAP and our clients in our journey together. She makes sure we’re a well-behaved company and in turn that our clients are happy.
The hands-on members of TAP who realise the original design vision is adhered to by making sure the production and installation are the very best they can be.
She works at the junction point of design and business, meeting every challenge with positivity, foresight and consideration. It’s with this approach that TAP has grown, and will continue to prosper steadily and consistently.
With an in-depth experience of these key areas, our team provide an invaluable project management skillset to TAP that is founded on ingenuity and collaboration. They are constantly shaping ways to innovate and realise a project to fruition, on time and on budget.

DIRECTION
DEVELOPMENT
We approach each job with an open mind so we can become your customer - how do you want them to think, to feel when they engage with your space?
Following approval of the direction established in phase 1, we then develop and refine the design across chosen platforms in 2D and 3D.
This allows us to take a fully informed approach that makes no assumptions. In phase 1, we create our concept visuals based on our understanding of the brief.
This allows for an accurate representation of how the final outcome will look and the space will be brought to life.
DETAIL
DELIVERY
Here we create of final artwork and CAD drawings for production. We specify all material finishes, colour, furnishings etc. that clarify the full extent of what’s involved.
We have developed strong partnerships with several dedicated suppliers who can realise the designs through to on-site implementation.
Detail is crucial in the design process and in phase 3, we pay meticulous attention to provide a seamless transition from concept to realising the design on-site.
Working with them, or equally with our clients nominated suppliers, our project management team ensure the design vision is adhered to on time and on budget.

SAMPLE CONCEPT APPROACH Understanding the needs and aspirations of our clients is core to the success of each project. When we have this in-depth understanding, we begin to craft how the project space can be brought to life. We achieve this through our concept visuals which can be one of, or a combination of, the following:
SKETCH Hand sketches are used to convey more of an overall ambiance for the project space and its environs. This more ‘loose’ form is preferred in the preliminary stages of the project and sets the tone of the direction for further detail.

3D Computer rendered visuals create more structure in the space and give an accurate representation of how it will be brought to life.
IMPOSITION Primarily used for graphic treatments, photo impositions create a readily accessible view on how existing in-situ spaces could be refreshed.

With a library of aspirational sports images, Nike wanted a simple yet considered facelift for their office space. As always, a thorough audit of the space identified key areas for design. AIB
VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS
A close partnership with AIB has led to several successful department space designs. Working on an ongoing basis with their internal teams, we have designed and developed unique spaces that adhere to the aesthetic of the overall brand but flex accordingly to the various departments. This gives ownership of the space to the departments, creating the right environment for these teams and their own distinctive requirements.
