LEAD SELF: A 90-Day Challenge in Personal Leadership Sustained and effective leadership of others begins with effective personal leadership. This 90day experience is a systematic, action-oriented, and practical training designed to equip leaders to be intentional, self-disciplined and self-aware life-long learners and influencers of others. LEAD SELF can be experienced through a variety of formats, including large group training, in teams and through one-on-one coaching.

LEAD OTHERS: Developing Authentic Leaders LEAD OTHERS empowers leaders to put what they have personally experienced in LEAD SELF into practice with their teams. It includes self-directed e-learning and an accompanying workbook full of team application ideas. LEAD OTHERS can also be experienced in a variety of formats, including e-learning combined with half-day, live workshops focused on application in a team context.

BUILD TEAMS: Building Healthy, High-Performing Teams

BUILD TEAMS

BUILD TEAMS prepares people-leaders and project managers to build, manage and lead high-performing teams. It includes how to create a positive team culture, leverage team members’ strengths, and establish healthy communication. We present a process for: (1) clarifying your team vision, mission, and values; (2) establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations; (3) providing strong leadership; and (4) building and maintaining positive working relationships. BUILD TEAMS is certain to be helpful to functional teams, project teams, as well as integrating teams that include outside contractors.

Executive Coaching Our coaching programs utilize proven assessments, emphasize the importance of intentional personal leadership development and are designed to build highly-effective leaders. We offer a structured 12-session program for those engaged in coaching for the first time, as well as ongoing, one-on-one coaching options.
