Letter to the Applicant Dear AIESECer, The moment you have been waiting for is finally here. You decided to take your AIESEC Journey to a whole new level. Thus, I would like to congratulate you for making the huge step of applying for MC Algeria. This shows your commitment and loyalty to our organization, but also your willingness to make things better inside and outside AIESEC, for Algeria. AIESEC has the potential to be an important change agent in our country. Brave, self-aware and professional young leaders are then needed, at this exact moment, in order to improve our performances and widen the impact of our actions on the Algerian society. Our MC team will have the responsibility to build the roadmap of AIESEC for the next 5 years in Algeria – and you want to be part of the first generation of AIESEC 2020. It is, indeed, a heavy responsibility, but you have what it takes. This is why you think you’re the right person to join the Leadership Body of our entity. This may also explain why you hesitated a lot – and maybe you are still hesitating. Because you know that this journey is not to be missed. Challenges are what you need to enjoy your life, achieving them after long, tiring and exciting endeavors is what satisfies you the most, and giving a meaning to your actions is what motivates you to overcome your fears and doubts.
For all these reasons, you made the decision of taking part in the revolutionary youth movement that is AIESEC in Algeria: for a more tolerant society, more open-minded citizens and a better Algeria. I sincerely wish you the best of luck. Tarek Islam MAACHE MCP 1617 of AIESEC in Algeria
