Ladies and Gentlemen, It is with great pleasure that we present the second issue of the INNOFORM Trade Show bulletin. The INNOFORM Trade Show itself is a presentation of what is new in the industry, more than 150 Exhibitors from over ten European countries, a Cooperative Exchange, and an exceptional tool and processing conference: the first ever trade show of tool and processing companies in a nutshell. The bulletin contains a detailed agenda, which certainly looks impressive! The Tool and Processing Conference promises to be a high point. Organized during the first two days of the event in cooperation with the Exhibitors and the Bydgoszcz Industrial Cluster, it will consist of three separate sections dedicated to tools, plastics processing, and generalinterest issues, respectively. It is bound to provide you with expert knowledge on recent technological solutions and supply tips on how to acquire nonreturnable EU funds for the development of your business. Participation in the trade show has already been confirmed by many well-known Polish companies. New names are being added to the list as we speak, including businesses from abroad (e.g. countries such as Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Slovakia and the Czech Republic). Economic missions delegated by Germany and Estonia will also be attending. The second issue of the bulletin also presents what’s new in our Exhibitors’ portfolios, and shares industry news and innovative solutions: e.g. the versatile “SMARTCUT” turning and drilling tools by PAFANA S.A., and the family of rotary and turning tools fitted with the Silent Tools™ vibration-damping module by Sandvik Coromant. ABPLANALP will present the High Speed Eagle V5 machine tool produced by the German company OPS Ingersoll, excellent for high-precision machining. It is also worth paying close attention to the Cooperative Exchange. Through direct meetings, presentations of machines and new technologies, and, above all, the readiness to forge cooperation right on the spot, lucrative contracts may be within reach of your hand. This is an ideal solution for companies producing precision components, electrodes, inserts and molds. Thanks to the tight machine body and exhaust system, machine is well prepared for machining of graphite electrodes and other dusty materials. Technology HSC (ang. High Speed Cutting) provides efficient and precise machining of titanium and all kinds of hardened steel over 50HRC The gantry design with fixed table, provides large dynamic movements independent of the load of machine table, as well as large treatment space in relation to the size of the machine. During the fair in Bydgoszcz we shall show the beveling machine UZ50. This device allow two sides beveling of steel sheets including stainless steel as well as aluminum sheets. The machine is designed to chamfer sheets 7 to 80 mm thick with inverter controlled speed within the range 0 – 1,2 m/min. Max bevel width: 62mm. Chamfer angle can be step less set within the range 15-60°. The beveling machine is supplied with 3D manipulator. This makes possible to turn easily the UZ50 by 180 degrees allowing two sides chamfer X K. The operator do not need a lift to turn the material.
