STAR SECTOR 7: SKILL DEVELOPMENT
Think of a region where 38% of the population is filled with youthful ambitions. Thus the offering of skill development opportunities has become a strategic necessity for regional prosperity when combined with other social and economic development initiatives. That is why skill development is featured as one of our star sectors!
“
We must ensure that the tribal youth is prepared for the competitive job market in line with present labor market trends. There is a growing need for us to shift from supply-driven to demand-oriented training approaches. The focus and implementation of the FATA Development Authority's skill development initiative has been centered on content quality and training delivery, which is tapping into the potential youth dividend.
