01 SHANTI HOSPITAL ZEN, ROOF GARDEN, MULTI-SPECIALTY

A 200 beaded much-specialty (Gynecology, cardiology, Gastroenteritis,and neurology) hospital at the out skirts of Jaipur. This hospital will the healing home for the people of Jaipur and will help in triggering the infrastructure development in the nearby area. Hospital will be an ideal place for the near by villagers and city people for an easy medical care. Site area : 4.67 acre “Never doubt the healing power of a quite moment of a Japanese Garden”

OT The longer stretch of the building has been placed along east west orientation to reduce the thermal heat gain. Smaller in between spaces has been designed as green pockets to keep a clean aura through out the structure and to increase the healing capabilities of the visitors and patients.

02 SWIMMING POOL SKELETON, INDOOR, DIVING, TRUSS An Olympic size swimming pool in city of Bhopal for hosting international level of events for future competition. As Bhopal has an major boost for youth and sports improvement. Swimming is one of the major sport event that has been boosting in past few years, this project perfectly suits for the future development of the city infrastructure. Site area : 1.182 acre

03 LAKE HOUSE PIANO, ORCHARD, AGARIA, ARCHITECT A retired architect steps apart from hectic city life to an tribal area in Gangulpara, M.P. The residence is designed on a cliff over looking the Gangulpara Dam. This residence consist of 2 bedroom for the old couple and space for their occasionally visiting children. They have space for their servant and an small office for the architect. Site are : 2.3 acre “The best view comes after the hardest climb”

04 KALSANG HOUSING MID RISE, HOUSING, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT An mid-rise housing apartments for different social economic levels. This society tries to bring people from different communities and different economic classes. It also consists of community hall, a kindergarten, shopping complex and basemen parking for each units. Site area : 4.8 acre F.A.R. : 1:3:0 Number of units : 682 Ground coverage used : 23.7% “Houses really affects all the aspects of a person’s life”

SITE PLAN The site is located in Bhopal. Due to issues of land scarcity and low density development, high density high rise has become a demand in a growing city like Bhopal. The site is located in one of the prime locations of the city in E8 extension near Aakriti eco city and adjacent to existing luxury apartments Paras Emperor.

Project majorly consist of 6 towers which goes upto19 floors each with 2 refuge floors and stilt parking on ground. Refuge floors are partially used as garden space, gym areas and other services.

Tower 3 consists of 6 units on each floor. They are 4 of 1.5bhk units of 55sqm area and 2 of 2bhk units of 70sqm with 3.4m wide corridor, 2 staircase and 3 lift cores.

Tower 1 consist of 10 units on each floor. They are 1bhk units of 35sqm area with 2m corridor, 2 staircase and 3 lift cores

Tower 4&6 consists of 6 units on each floor. They are 4 of 2bhk units of 70sqm area and 2 of 3bhk units of 100sqm with 3.2m wide corridor, 2 staircase and 3 lift cores.

Tower 2 consists of 6 units on each floor. They are 1.5bhk units of 55sqm area with 3m wide corridor, 2 staircase and 3 lift cores.

Tower 5 consists of 2 units on each floor. They are 4bhk units of 150sqm area with 4x5m wide lift lobby, 1 staircase and 2 lift cores.

05 MISCELLANEOUS

Vernacular documentation work This documentation work was done on a tribe named Agaria from the region of balaghat in Madhya Pradesh India. It’s a team work of 6 people wo documented an replica of tribal settlement in Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya. The work done is all handwork with inked by rotring inks. The motto was to study their rural architecture and its cultural significances.

Typical agaria men look very strong, has smooth wavy hair, brownish black skin, broad head and their hair in a bun. Men wear heavy pewter armlets. Women wear dull coloured clothes with red boarder.

An interior remodelling project for post covid situation. The house was converted to home office and remodelling is done through out the house. With focus on interior designing of children’s room which are a college boy an a school girl.

Kid’s Room The 2 side walls of the room were made as exposed brickwork to provide an reddish glow to the room and warmth in the room. Two bigger windows provide ambient lighting throughout the room.

Both the children will have working desk in front of windows to have an indoor-outdoor feels while working. This helps to keep relaxing and have small breaks and to watch nature outside.

Two single bed are place with bamboo woven side table on either sides to have an exotic flavour in room. Flooring are of wood with carpet over to provide cosiness while walking barefoot in room.

Ample amount of book shelf have been installed for the display of various trophy of kids and to store their daily use books. Gypsum board false ceiling has been provided with sanmaika finish for polished surface.


PRODUCT DESIGN

This mobile unit has 4 wheels on both wooden legs to have easy movement anywhere. Since the whole structure folds into 5’ by 3’ unit it is easier to handle the board. Bolts, nuts and locking system has been provide for safety of children. Woodwork is painted with vibrant colour for increasing the curiosity of kids and make it more attractive.

After a visit to the nearby anganwadi in a small village near Bhopal. Different product design model have been designed to overcome their daily problems. For such one group of 5 person developed this mobile blackboard for each use in small spaces. This teacher takes lessons in hall which is less spacious and have very limited spaces to place any kind of boards in room. This product is designed in such a way that it can be placed on the extruded wall shelves or it can be hanged to the wall. It has two different boards inside. Both blackboard and soft-board is provided to increase the workability.

Board has been designed such a way the blackboard part slides down to the lower area for playing of small kids after class and while learning practically in class itself.
