Areanoftenoverlookedorunder-donepartofcriminalpractice,butanincredibly importantpartofyourdailyworkasacriminallawyer.Theeffortyouasapractitioner putintoapleainthisjurisdictioncanmakeamassivedifferencetotheoutcomefor yourclient,asthecriminaloffencesinvolvedarefarmorelikelytoputsomeoneatthe edgeofaconviction,ortheedgeofactualimprisonmentcomparedtotheSupreme Courtwhereoftenapleaisnotaboutwhetherimprisonmentwillbeimposedbuthow longwilltheclientserve.
