MY EXPERIENCE DURING THE PRESENTATION OF OUR FINAL PROYECT
I presented my final project in July 11, 2013 at the University of Amazonia, my project was about how to prepare Arequipe, and I did this project with my classmates Nini Calderon Anturi and Patrick Daniel Marisansen. We had the opportunity to observe the manufacturing of this delicious product in Arequipe los Pinos factory, a familiar factory that is manage by three member of Mu単oz family, this factory is located in Florencia Caqueta in los Pinos neighborhood, in the factory there are fourth employees that had the responsibility to prepare, pack, weigh, seal, label, distribute and sell the product, the process of prepare the Arequipe was long and we need to spend a lot of time doing the observations and the project. With this project, we wanted to present the manufacturing process of Arequipe as well as the dietary and nutritional properties of its ingredients, among the importance of its making. 4 / HOMEWORK MAGAZINE
The presentations were in the classroom 4001 near the English laboratory at the University of Amazonia, I liked because all or the majority of us, we were dressed appropriately for the occasion. The presentations started at 3:00 pm, but we started late because the judges of the project and some classmates arrived late to the classroom, so we used that time for cleaning and organizing the classroom, it was good because we had a little time to review, the teacher wanted to start the presentation because he thought that the judges weren´t going to go to the presentation, but when we were going to started, the judges arrived to the classroom, before started we did a short introduction about us and we thanked them to be with us in the presentation of our final projects, the presentations lasted approximately four hours, and we finished it at 6:30 pm.
Before the presentation I was very nervous because we would be judged by fourth professors of the university including our seminary professor, there were Tatiana Rico, Silvia Molina, Carmenza Aguilar and Eulices Cordoba, and because at the last minute we had some problems with the presentation and we had to change some things, so we didn’t have time to review the new presentation, I was afraid when the teacher said we need to start and he asked to volunteer, in that moment I saw him and I taught that he was to select me, but then the chose another group and in that moment I felt better. When the first group passed to present their project, I felt proud of them because they did a good job. Their project was about Quesadillas and I liked their product because it is so delicious and they gave us tasting.

We were the second group in presented the project, when we started I saw the teacher and I felt nervous because I didn´t want to commit errors, I started speaking and explaining the project and for a moment, I taught that I couldn´t doing, but then I felt more comfortable and confident during the presentation of the project, because I realized that I was surrounded by my classmates, my friends, so I took courage and continue with the presentation because I knew the topic, the process, I knew everything about it. My expectation during the presentation was explain the process of prepare a delicious product, the Arequipe and I wanted that my teacher was proud of me and my project.
When I finished my presentation, I felt a little bad because when I was doing the presentation, I spoke fast and with a high tone of voice, and during the presentation I commit pronunciations errors, and sometimes I forgave some things about the presentation, but then I realize that I made a good job and I felt better. Finally for me it was a wonderful and a great experience, it was the first time that I talked to a jury, I liked when our teachers and classmates applauded us and enjoyed the product, all us made a good job and we strived to present a good project and a good product. I hope that the teachers had enjoyed the projects, presentations, products and tasting.

GNOMEO AND JULIET MOVE
Gnomeo and Julie it is a British movie directed by Kelly Asbury, editing by Catherine Apple and produced by Baker Bloodworth, David Furnish, Steve Hamilton Shaw and Sir Elton John, this movie is based on William Shakespeare's play Romeo and Juliet, It has Running time of 84 minutes and it was release on February 11, 2011, the genre of the movie is computer-animated family film. This movie was recorded in Studio Touchstone Pictures, Rocket Pictures Arc Productions and it was distributed by Walt Disney Studios, Motion Pictures and Entertainment One in countries like United Kingdom, United States and Canada.

The principal characters of the movie are: Gnomeo, he is the star gardener of the Blues, a gnome who knows what to do. It is the good son of Mrs. Celeste and Benny's best friend. But being the leader of the gnomes is not as nice as it looks. Juliet, she is beautiful, delicate and demure as his father, Mr. Rogelio, the Reds boss. And fittingly, she is placed in a magnificent pedestal fountain. His accessory is a plastic red rose and her best friend is a frog named Nanette. Mrs. Celeste is responsible for overseeing the Blues, Don Rogelio declared enemy. His son Gnomeo is the star gardener, but she also has some star. Don Rogelio is the overprotective father of Juliet and Do単a Celeste enemy, he is a passionate red and very strict, he does not remove his eye to the types who stroll through the garden.

In the movie there are another characters like: Paris is a landscaping teacher who wears glasses and snipers. Nanette is a frog obsessed with love stories. Champi is a plaster cast and faithful companion, loyal and adorable Gnomeo. Teobaldo is Julieta´s cousin, he is a gnome teenager, big and bully and he is the archrival of Gnomeo. Benny is Gnomeo´s best friend; he likes to be in all the garlic, especially if it is to mess with your neighbors Reds. Pink Feather is a plastic lawn flamingo; he lives shut up in a shed in the garden, overgrown, until they release Gnomeo and Juliet. Bambi Deer is spoiled a beautiful animal Halls cement, foul-mouthed and with an attitude worse than his tongue.
The central theme of the movie is the fight between two groups of gnomes that live in a garden and they are neighbors, they are the red team that is led by Mr. Rogelio and the blue group that is led by Mrs. Celeste, these two groups are being enemies for many years, but one day everything changes when Gnomeo met Juliet and they fell in love each other. 9 / HOMEWORK MAGAZINE
The movie was about two groups of gnomes but different colors, one red and one blue. Their owners were separated by a fight, in the blue team there was a guy named Gnomeo, and in the red team there was a girl named Juliet who was the daughter of the team leader, a day Juliet saw a beautiful flower that was in the field of the blue team and one night Juliet decided to go for the flower, at that moment came Gnomeo who wanted the flower too, they caught the flower at the same time, they fought a little and then they fell into a lake and Juliet did not realize that he belonged the blue group, the enemies of his father. They got engaged but when their parents realized the engagement, they come undone a new war, during that war the blue team destroyed the red garden and they destroyed Juliet´s fountain, in that place there were gnomeo and Juliet, their parents taught that they were dead, but they survived and in the end the red and blue became friends.

Gnomeo & Juliet received mixed reviews; review aggregate website Rotten Tomatoes reported that 56% of professional critics gave positive reviews based on 117 reviews with an average rating of 5.6/10. Its consensus states "While it has moments of inspiration, Gnomeo & Juliet is often too selfreferential for its own good". Another review aggregator, Metacritic, gave the film a 53% rating based on 28 reviews on its review scale. People think that this movie is good for children, and they can see this movie without an adult. I chose this move because I liked romantic movies and this is my favorite movie, I had read and saw all the books and movies about Romeo and Juliet, I liked that love history, that history made part of our life, because all days we lived romantics and lovelies moments that remember us that if we want something, we would doing it.

WHAT I DID ON MY WEEKEND
My weekend started on Friday afternoon, that day I was preparing classes for next week, I finished at 4:00 o´clock and then I was visiting my sister, I was in her home all the afternoon. She gave me chocolate with milk and cookies, we were talking about our week and she showed me a beautiful rabbit that was a gift of a friend. We were looked for names for the rabbit, we looked for on internet and we found a lot of names but some of them weren´t nice names, so we didn´t chose a name. On evening we washed a movie called Gnomeo and Julie, it was a beautiful romantic movie, The central theme of the movie is the fight between two groups of gnomes that live in a garden and they are neighbors, they are the red team that is led by Mr. Rogelio and the blue group that is led by Mrs. Celeste, these two groups are being enemies for many years, but one day everything changes when Gnomeo met Juliet and they fell in love each other, so in that moment we chose the rabbit name, we named it Romeo.

On weekends I usually travel to Ibague-Tolima to visit my family, but during this weekend I was at home and I did a lot of things. On Saturday morning it was raining, so I got up at 9:00 o´clock, I brushed my teeth, I washed my face and I ate a delicious breakfast, my breakfast was pancakes, orange juice and eggs, then I cleaned my house, my bedroom I washed the clothing, and I organized all my clothes and my husband´s clothes. When I finished cleaning my house, I took a shower and I got dressed. At 11:00 am, I prepare the lunch for my husband and me; I cooked liver with rice, patacona, mashed potatoes and pineapple juice, my husband came to work and we had lunch in the dining room as a family, when we finished the lunch, my husband wash the dishes, we brushed our teeth, we watched the news in the living room and then we took a nap in our bedroom.
We got up at 2:00 pm, we brushed our teeth, we took a shower again, we got dressed and went to the city center, we were walking all the afternoon in the center, we were doing market, we bought food for our house, we bought rice, sugar, coffee, chocolate, spaghettis, eggs, lentils, tomatoes, potatoes, candies, things for personal hygiene like, toothpaste, toilet paper, soap and different things that we needed for our home. I started to work in Los Nenitos School last week, so I needed some things for the school, and my husband bought it. Then we were buying cloths for us, so we were in all the stores seeing cloth, shoes and bags, we speeded all the afternoon in the center, finally I bought a beautiful bag in Toto Store, a jean and a shirt in Crazy Store and a pair of shoes in Bata Store, and my husband bought shoes in Bata Store and a Shirt in Urban Store.

We arrived at home at 7:00 o´clock. We organized the things that we bought in the supermarket and the clothes. My husband prepared the dinner, he cooked a delicious food. The dinner was corn bread, meat with onion and tomato, and blackberry juice. When we finished the dinner, I wash the dishes, and then we watched a movie, before watched the movie, I prepared popcorn with butter. The movie was called Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance. It was about Johnny Blaze, a man who made a deal with the Devil who called himself Mephistopheles at the time, is on the run trying to make sure no-one is harmed by his alter ego, The Ghost Rider, He is approached by a Monk named Moreau who tells him that he can help be him free of the Rider, but first, he needs Johnny's help to protect a boy, whom Roarke has plans for, to help him take human form. And when we finished to watch the movie we went to the bed.
Every Sundays we go to mass, so we got up at 8:00 o´clock, we brushed our teeth and we took a shower, then we went to mass. We were in El Divino Niño Church; it is located in Las Malvinas neighborhood. The mass lasted two hours, so we left at 10:00 o´clock. The father of the church was selling some tickets to raise money to put in order the church, so we bought one ticket to help the church. We went to the city center to eat empanadas with oat that was our breakfast. Then we went to the marketplace to buy fruit and vegetables. We arrived at home at 11:00 am, and we organized the food in the kitchen, and my husband helped me to clean the house. When we were at home, we received a call, it was a friend, and he invited us to go to his farm.

Our friend has a beautiful farm, the farm it is located on the outskirts of the city, it is a big farm, there, there is a house, a swimming pool, a milk cow, there is a beautiful parrot that always is talking, and there are fishes, lacks, trees with fruits, horses, chickens, hens, cabins to spend the night or a weekend, the farm is surround by big mountains, so in that place we can breathe fresh air. We like that place and we like go there because it is so beautiful and the people who live there is so kind.
In the afternoon we went to our friend´s farm, there was all his family. There we cooked Sancocho of hen with yucca, potatoes, plane, rice with gizzards, lemonade and a delicious guacamole, the guacamole was prepared with avocado, scallions, tomatoes and salt. While we were preparing the food, the men were enjoying in the swimming pool drinking some beers. The food was ready at 2:00 o´clock, we served the food and we enjoyed it near the swimming pool. It was a delicious food, we serve the food in plastic dishes, so we didn´t need to washed the dishes. When we finished the food we could enjoyed, we did a lot of activities, we ridded horses around the farm, and we played Pin Pon. We speeded a good afternoon on the farm.

COMPARISONS AND DIFFERENCES BETWEEN COLOMBIA AND UNITED STATES
Today I’m going to write about comparisons and differences between two wonderful countries Colombia and the United States. I was looked for information about those countries on internet and I could find a lot of information. As I researched about the two countries, I realized there were similarities and differences. I would also like to inform you on the similarities and differences. First, I’m going to write about Colombia and then I’m going to write about The United States.

As anyone knows, the capital of Colombia is Bogota’. Colombia’s national language is Spanish and has been for many years. The religion of Colombia is. In Colombia there are different sports such us Soccer, Bullfighting, Auto Racing, Swimming, Dancing, etc., in Colombia There are different juicy fruits Lemons, Strawberries, Apples, Avocados, Green Mangoes, Pineapples, Papayas, and so many more. As in the United States, there are many different types of people, but mainly, Campesinos. Anyways, last, but not least, the animals. Animals such as Peccaries, Brazilian Tapirs, White-Tailed Deer, Sloths, Nine-Banded, Armadillos, Shrews, Squirrel, Pocket Gophers, Pocket Mice, Tree Porcupines, and so many more types of animals as well. Colombia is so beautiful so I invite you to visit this wonderful country.

The United States capital is Washington D.C. The national languages are English and Spanish. The religion of the United States is Christianity. Sports that are played in the USA are as follows: Football, Baseball, Basketball, Marching Bands, Cheerleading, Dancing, Soccer, Track, etc. There are many different types of people. There are Immigrants, Expatriates, and Ambassadors. There are juicy fruit as well. Fruits such as Strawberries, Huckleberries,
Blueberries,
Cherries,
Currants,
Gooseberries,
Plums,
Raspberries, Sumac Berries, Juniper Berries, Hackberries, Elderberries, Hawthorne, Pitaya, Apples, Oranges, Pineapples, Avocados, and so much more. Last, but not least the animals. There are animals like Rabbits, Raccoon, Virginia Opossum, Squirrel, Wood Rat, Chipmunk, Ground Hog, Peacary, Prairie Dog, Skunk, Badger, Beaver, Porcupine, etc. That’s enough about the USA

Now that you got the basics of both countries, here are the similarities and differences of the two countries being compared and contrasted. The similarities. Some things that the two countries might have in common are the language because one of the USA’s languages is Spanish and Colombia’s national language is Spanish point blank. I would say that the sports are somewhat the same because they only have some sports in common. The last things they have in common are the fruits. As far as I know, these are the only things they have in common. Now, let me inform you on the differences which bring me to the next paragraph.
I would say that there are more differences than there are similarities because they are two different countries in two different continents. If you don’t believe me, here are some actual differences between the two countries. First, the capitals. As I stated already, the USA’s capital is Washington D.C. and Colombia’s capital is Bogota’. The religion of the USA is Christianity and Colombia’s religion is Roman. Some of the sports and fruits are different. Their people are different. Lastly, all of the animals are different as far as I know. They both have a president, sprawling cities and small towns, snow covered mountains, deserts, large rivers, designated wilderness areas, ocean fronts, Amerindians, mestizos, whites, Spanish and English speaking people. 19 / HOMEWORK MAGAZINE
In conclusion, Colombia and the USA have their similarities. They also have their differences, but both countries are so beautiful and they are places that we need to visit to enjoy and learn about their culture. The best way of finding the differences between two countries is having the experience of living in both. I have found that the differences in geography, traditions and economy between Colombia and the United States are very interesting to explore. The good thing is that even though the two countries are not completely the same, we know that we can always compare and contrast ourselves with another country. Hope you learned a lot about these two countries!
