Get-Together

When your prototype completed, gather team members and make discussion with it. Figure out improvements and give advises.,then back your work. The advise will face infront of you by board part rotating .

Connect desks and working face on face. Altohugh gaze don’ t hit each other, state of another in your sight will stimulate your motivation. Proper open space enable you work with modest stress and cozy feeling.

Even if working in small team project, it’ s hard to have communication while each members working separetely. This style creates private work space and proper distance for communication.

Saving

There is a white board in front of prototyping table. It enable us to write down ideas / prototype model at the same time. You can discuss ideas with model you made as well.

We have to try discussion again and again so as to organize direction of big team. Box-on have 10 surfaces. Therefore Alot of ideas, adivese, opinion can be wrote on the big white boards.

Long-term project needs storage of progress. When finish what should do the day, close the doors and save your works of the day.
