Msasa Office Park 3
The Msasa Office Park was designed as a budding concept for a development in Harare, which was to move offices out of the central city, to a less decongested part in the outskirts. A modern approach to the design was proposed to fit the clients needs . The office blocks were arranged parallel to the main site axis , creating a linear pattern both sides, allowing for easy navigation on site.
Al Warqa Villa Dubai , United Arab Emirates Design Concept
The design brief called for a compact design on a small plot for a family of six. The response was a double storey hose with the ground floor accommodating family activities around the multifunctional reception area as per client’s requirements. Intersecting rectilinear volumes were employed to give an impression of a ‘larger house’ and depart from the hitherto known style of Arabian of contemporary houses.

Nad Al Shiba Villa Dubai , United Arab Emirates Design+Working Drawings
The villa required a multifuntional purpose of serving four individual famillies in self contained units for leasing. Space was no limitation to the design and generous spaces were afforded for all occupancy units. The outlook of the building was required to be modest , utilising arabic geometric patterns and features. GRC (Glass reinforced concrete) thus became a material of choice for the special decorative patterns of features.

Al Barsha Villa Wadi Al Safa,Dubai , United Arab Emirates Design+Working Drawings
For this contemporary classic villa design, Comelite Architecture, Structure and Interior Design blended classic lines with contemporary elements, creating a fresh perspective for a villa in Dubai. This Contemporary classic villa is owned by a traditional Arabic family who had a lot of imagination and exuberance, specific to their culture and wanted to come up with a dynamic and original interior décor. They decided to mix styles in order to obtain the look they were aiming for. You’ll notice that there’s a harmonious mix of both contemporary and classical 11

House Nyamariwata
Designed for a rugged site, the residence was conceptualised as a modern ‘farm house’. Earth colurs and stone cladding were used to match the ‘bushy’ site where the residence is located. Large fenestrations were incorporated to allow for adequate ventilation and lighting for a savannah climate.
