shaping your ideas Shaping your ideas is the slogan of Eindhoven-based mould manufacturer Axxicon. And shape is precisely what was given to ideas in the development of the exhibition stand for Axxicon. We chose organic forms as the starting point for the creative concept, bringing the brand Axxicon to life in an extremely high quality setting. The use of a white high gloss emphasises the clean and sterile nature of the industry, and as such, this project safeguards the philosophies of the Axxicon brand. The stand has a surface area of 120 square metres and is used at the K- D端sseldorf and Mediatech Frankfurt, as well as in Guangzhou (China). www.tauschexpo.nl/UK/axxicon

passion, experience and dedication ‘The foundations for our family business were laid more than 40 years ago. Today, dozens of dedicated professionals work hard each day to place and present brands. What once began with small-scale exhibition stands for PTT Post and Mars has grown over the years into a full service organisation that specialises in the development and realisation of distinctive concepts for live 3D communication. A lot has changed over the years: new technologies, materials and applications; new customers, markets and employees; and a new, extra focus on responsible business practices. However, the passion and commitment that are so typical of a family business that has expanded have remained unchanged.

technology in living colours Until recently, many people still regarded Tulip as a brand from the past. In order to alter this image, the organisation chose to participate in the CeBIT ICT and electronics fair in Hannover, Germany. The aim of participating in the fair was to make clear to visitors that Tulip is a strong, modernday brand that actively produces and sells high-quality consumer electronics. We developed an impressive exhibition stand for Tulip, measuring 250 square metres and spread over two floors. The eye catcher on the front of the stand changes colour continuously, through the use of LED technology. On the ground floor, the brand is brought to life dynamically with the aid of appealing product presentations. There is ample opportunity on the first floor for guests to chat and enjoy a drink. a smooth operational process Project management Our project managers are the oil in the engine of Tausch 3D brand exposure. They are the links that connect the customers with our professionals. They coordinate and monitor all activities. The project manager is also the permanent point of contact for the customer. This optimises communication.

Production The production facilities of Tausch 3D brand exposure are subdivided into specialist departments for carpentry and interior activities, painting and decorating. These departments are staffed by dedicated professionals. We also make extensive use of a valuable network of external partners, for example for special requirements in the areas of glass, plastic and metal.

Planning As soon as we start working for you, our planning department brings together the necessary people and resources in a project team. A precise plan is made from day to day and the fixed deadlines are determined. These are sacred for both you and us: we have never missed a deadline!

Logistics/transport Tausch 3D brand exposure has extensive storage capacities that offer ideal conditions for storing prefab materials and clients’ completed 3D projects. After being packaged, we ensure that they are sent to the desired locations in the Netherlands and abroad. Work preparation The translation of concept & design ideas takes place via our work preparation department. This department ensures that the right materials are available. It also provides detailed work orders with which everyone can set to work. Painstaking project records are kept, so that the status of a project can be viewed at any given moment. Assembly/dismantling After arriving at the desired location, in the Netherlands or abroad, we provide fast and flexible assembly. Our assembly team has extensive experience and will ensure that your project is assembled and finished completely in accordance with your requirements - so that you can focus on preparing for the trade fair. Damai, <50 m²

black & white in bed fashion Damai is one of the leading brands of the Arli Group from Enschede. Damai represents high quality bedding. Tausch 3D brand exposure was given the challenge of presenting the Damai brand in appealing manner and providing an optimum quality experience during the Heimtextil trade fair in Frankfurt and the Intirio trade fair in Gent. Despite the differing floor spaces occupied by the exhibition stands - 30 and 50 square metres respectively - an identical feel and experience were created with an eye-catching design. The base of the stand is black, which

provides a stunning contrast with the evocative images on the full colour banners and products on the beds - a look that does honour to the brand’s image. The exhibition stands for Damai are part of a modular design and managed completely by Tausch 3D brand exposure. Sector knowledge

Presenting the right look for bedding requires precision. We sought a subtle balance between brand, product and decor.

Interior design and decoration is a profession like no other. Our many years of experience in the business, for the Nederlands Interieurs Instituut (Dutch Interiors Institute) among others, gave us an important competitive edge.

Routing Bedding must be luxurious to the touch and pleasing to the eye, from any angle. This meant that the routing of the stand had to fulfil specific requirements.

Planning The timely delivery of a stand is one matter, but ensuring that the customer has plenty of time to place all of the products and decorate is definitely just as important. This required precise assembly planning.

Reynaers, 50 - 200 m²

architecture in aluminium In order to maximise Reynaers’ presence, Reynaers’ own profiles and materials were used. That made the project extremely daring; glass curtain walls, large sliding doors and windows were integrated in the exhibition stand. The stand has a completely modular design and is transported, assembled and dismantled by us across the world.

Reynaers Aluminium develops and sells innovative and high-quality aluminium profiles for the construction industry. Comfort, safety, architectural design and energy efficiency are prime considerations for product development at Reynaers. An important aspect of Reynaers Aluminium’s communication policy is participation in international trade fairs. Every year, Reynaers takes part in important trade fairs in Utrecht, Paris, Barcelona, Munich, Madrid, Moscow, Kiev and Milan. The main objectives of this are to establish new contacts with architects and constructors and to maintain existing contacts.

Brand house style

Stand design

Reynaers is very prudent when it comes to its brand, making the house style manual a sacred document. The exhibition stand is largely a translation of this manual.

The stand is distinguished by strong and unique branding, through the integration of many products. The result is an image that speaks to the architect and a product presentation and product details that speak to the constructor.

3D branding Reynaers presented us with the challenge of bringing its brand to life, within the house style rules and using Reynaers’ products. The result is an extremely successful Reynaers experience at international trade fairs.

Storage facilities and management The stand is completely modular, because of the need to realise it five times a year. The transportation and storage are provided by TAUSCH 3D brand exposure.

Statoil, >200 m²

innovation is in the brand Statoil is a listed energy company from Norway with activities in 40 countries. With more than 35 years’ experience in the extraction of oil in Norway, the company wants to contribute to the global energy demand in a responsible manner. To this end, Statoil developed technologies and innovative business solutions. We are proud to be able to develop various international 3D brand exposure projects for Statoil, including 3D brand exposure in cities such as Amsterdam, Houston, Denver, Angola, Algiers, Oslo, Stockholm, London and Essen. As with the company itself, innovation is the starting point for all the projects we develop for Statoil. We translate this, for

example, into exhibition stands with soundshowers, LED walls and 3D plasma screens. We realised a very special project in an ice hockey stadium in the Norwegian city of Stavanger. The presentation part is on the ground floor, while the first floor houses a private meeting room at the same height as the tiers. In order to emphasize the Norwegian identity as well, we made use of beautiful wood structure

Multimedia

Design

100% delivery guarantee

An immense, seamless plasma wall measuring 2.5 metres has been integrated into this stand. The entire stand - from the info desk to the display units and from the stairs to the sidewalls - changes colour with the aid of LED technology.

The design of the stand is based on the brand and inspired by the innovative character of the products and services offered by the client.

The Statoil stands are realised at the most difficult, international trade fair locations. We feel at home from Angola and Algiers and from Denver and Houston to Baku. Despite difficult local conditions from time to time, we have managed to realise the projects successfully and in plenty of time.

International experience This project was realised in an ice hockey stadium in the Norwegian city of Stavanger. The stand has a raised floor that was realised on the stadium’s tiers. Far from home and under challenging local conditions, the project was brought to fruition with great success.

Storage facilities and management We realise around 15 standbuilding projects a year for Statoil. The stand has a fully modular design and is carefully stored and managed by us when not in use.

Nike, contracting

Just do it in live communication The ultimate runner’s destination: home of the Nike Running Club. That was the central promise we were given the task of bringing to life in a contracting project for Nike. Location: Het Amsterdamse Bos (‘the Amsterdam Forest’). The idea: to offer runners the ultimate running experience. From professional guidance by trainers, physiotherapists and product experts to an advanced laboratory where runners can undergo a complete foot scan and endurance test. Everything was taken into consideration and Tausch 3D brand exposure translated the extensive package of needs

and requirements into a true experience location - that conveyed the look & feel of Nike, of course. Het Amsterdamse Bos was thus transformed for six weeks into the ideal location for meeting other runners or starting the working week full of energy and with colleagues. Planning

3D branding

Realise a special interior within six weeks, from concept through to realisation - a seemingly impossible challenge that was made possible with rigorous planning.

Nike wanted a real ‘running experience’ in the heart of Het Amsterdamse Bos. We realised a real brand experience for Nike.

Quality and security This project was realised in a tent, which required specific materials and solutions in order to allow for external factors such as weather conditions and guarantee safety.
