WELCOME
to our adventure Drawing from its roots as a spicy drink in South America to its use in savory recipes in various cultures’ cuisines, we take the European tradition of creamy, sweet chocolate to a more savory place where it can be enjoyed alongside artisan cheeses, craft beer, coffee and wine. We feel visual appeal is as important as the complex flavor and ethical sourcing of the orgin-made couverture chocolates and locally sourced ingredients we use in our singular recipes, and we find our customers do, too. Our umami-rich Chocolate Charcuterie, wrapped to look like real saucisson and pâté, is displayed in cheese cases throughout New England where customers can discover an unusual and exciting element to add to their appetizers and cheese boards, picking up cheeses, wine and condiments that pair with suggestions on our provided pairing cards. Our Charcuterie has been the star of many store-made platters and gift baskets for holidays and special occassions. Our bonbons, chocolate tablets and bars don’t compete with standard coop brands or bean-to-bar offerings, but enhance shop shelves as median-priced, visually appealing, handmade pieces of edible art with flavors that excite customers’ imaginations. The 1 oz. bars are great impulse items that draw people in with their beautiful and adventurous ingredients, and our gorgeous 3 oz. tablets, bonbon collections and bar collections inspire customers to grab them both as gifts or to explore a variety of our inspired flavors. Our bars are super fun to use on s’mores, and like the charcuterie, they pair well with wine, beer, cocktails, cheeses and coffee, making them a fab party or self-care item with lots of cross-marketing possibilities. Our Drinking Chocolate and Sipping Cocoa Mixes are made with ground panela-sweetened chocolate and a variety of pure ground spices and herbs to create hot chocolate drinks that are different than any you’ll find elsewhere, and can be made with milk, plantbased mylks, and water for the purists.
