General Liability Property Umbrella Evaluator Cyber Liability Management Liability The Wisconsin Tavern League Foundation is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides financial support for thousands of Wisconsin charities, such as VetsRoll and Children of Restaurant Employees, as well as the Tavern League’s SafeRide Program, through many varied fundraisers throughout the state.

Through a matching funds program, the foundation supports local tavern leagues and individuals in their efforts to benefit organizations and people in need by offering up to $1,500 in matching state funds from the TLW.

The TLW and its members’ impact is tremendous when it comes to helping charities across the state. For example, the total amount of donations in 2019 was more than $15.8 million in support of 12,500 charities throughout every county of Wisconsin.

“Local taverns, bars and restaurants have a long history in Wisconsin as a gathering place for celebrating or commiserating while spending time with friends,” TLW Executive Director Pete Madland says. Every member of the TLW lives and works in their community. And they believe in supporting efforts to make their community an even better place to live and work.
