Welcome TO THE 2010 TAVISTOCK CUP March 22 & 23

It started as a locker room conversation about who might win a tournament if they played each other.

As the roster of golf professional members deepened at Isleworth Golf & Country Club and Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, so did the burning desire to answer that question. Now celebrating its seventh year, the Tavistock Cup has returned to Isleworth to bring together these crosstown rivals in the ultimate showdown to determine the World Golf and Country Club Champion. After exploring the idea of this team competition with a few players, the tournament was embraced by all, and the Tavistock Cup began in 2004. Team Isleworth claimed the inaugural Tavistock Cup in 2004 at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club, while Isleworth played host to the Tavistock Cup matches for the next two years. Following a sudden-death playoff that resulted in a tie in 2005, Team Isleworth was victorious again in 2006. Team Lake Nona’s home-course advantage helped clinch its first Tavistock Cup victory in 2007. In 2008, Tavistock Cup rookie J.B. Holmes helped lead Team Isleworth to its third victory. Team Lake Nona took the advantage over Team Isleworth on the final day of the 2009 Tavistock Cup, claiming its second victory on home turf. The Tavistock Cup is played for pride and bragging rights, but above all, charity. Since the tournament’s inception, Tavistock Cup has donated millions of dollars to many worthy organizations around the globe, including charities hand-selected by each player. We would like to express our gratitude to Tavistock Cup’s contestants, sponsors, volunteers, staff and spectators for making this event such an extraordinary success year after year.

Where the best just play the game. 2010 TAVISTOCK CUP

PAYNE

STEWART: An Icon for Generations

It’s been more than a decade since the game of golf lost Payne Stewart, but the memory of the champion golfer and former Isleworth member lives on at the Tavistock Cup each year.

“If golf is an art, Payne Stewart was the color.” -Paul Azinger, friend and fellow competitor Stewart had many defining moments in his career, which included three major championships, five Ryder Cup appearances and 11 PGA Tour wins, not to mention a personality that elevated the sport. But Stewart’s real legacy was his passion for growing the game of golf and his commitment to charitable giving. Beyond his accomplishments as a golfer, Stewart is remembered as the ultimate husband, father, friend and mentor.

THE PAYNE STEWART SALVER AWARD In tribute to one of golf’s most recognizable figures, the Payne Stewart Salver Award is presented annually to the Tavistock Cup player with the lowest score in the final round of the singles medal matches.

Given in loving memory of Payne Stewart 1957 - 1999

Memories About four or five years ago, I put red and blue helium balloons on our back patio and tied them to the fence, not realizing that when the heat hit them they would pop. So while the players were playing, the balloons were all popping. - Joanne Cross Isleworth member Celebrating Lake Nona’s win on the 18th green last year is our best memory. The players all cheering, covered in champagne. The players’ kids wrestling and rolling around on the 18th green. The sun setting over Lake Nona. We wish the Tavistock Cup was at Lake Nona every year. - Didier and Pam Merle Lake Nona members

The 2006 Tavistock Cup is the most memorable for us because that was the first Tavistock Cup we experienced after moving into our new home at Isleworth. We enjoyed watching the professionals play on Hole #2 and Hole #9, right from our own backyard. - Karen Flaskey Isleworth member Graeme McDowell is my neighbor, so seeing him win the Payne Stewart Salver Award last year was very exciting. So were the Chiltern Garden Drive block parties, with music playing, people cooking on the grill and fellow members bringing by entrees, dessert and beer. It isn’t just the block that attends; the whole community joins in. - Jeff Kuchar Lake Nona member

Buried treasure on Fiji is measured in liters, not carats.

Some discoveries are far more precious than gold. At the edge of a primitive rainforest, within a virgin ecosystem, rainfall filters through ancient volcanic rock over hundreds of years. Through this natural filtration process FIJI Water gathers silica, an essential mineral that contributes to our soft, smooth taste. Finally, it collects in a natural artesian aquifer where it is preserved and protected from external elements. Water that is truly one of earth’s rarest natural treasures.

SPIRIT The longstanding rivalry between Isleworth and Lake Nona may be rooted in locker room talk. But for Tavistock Cup spectators, the rivalry’s all about what you wear. Tavistock Cup’s invited guests show their true colors at the annual event dressed in Isleworth Red and Lake Nona Blue, which resembles the best rivalries in sports: Yankees vs. Red Sox, Manchester vs. Chelsea and Ohio State vs. Michigan.

LAKE NONA VS ISLEWORTH The fan rivalry is red hot or true blue, just depends which side you’re on.

PLATE: Ian Poulter is as recognized for his fashion sense as he is for his skill with a five iron. Away from the course, Poulter is quietly building IJP Design, a clothing business reflecting his stylistic personality and distinctive taste. Launched in 2007, IJP Design has evolved into a clothing brand that can be worn both on and off the course. Today, Poulter’s garments are sold in 22 countries, and his company has designed custom attire for a number of high-profile golf events, including the team uniforms for Great Britain and Ireland during the 2008 Curtis Cup and all the custom golf shirts for this year’s Tavistock Cup. On the heels of the Tavistock Cup, Poulter plans to expand IJP Design in 2011 with a ladies’ collection and eventually a children’s clothing line.

Golf is a funny game. But hilarity ensues when Ian Poulter offers golf preparation tips through a Mad Libs tale that calls for a turquoise thong and lip-stretching warm-up exercises. Poulter racks his mind and imagination to bring you the kind of zany phrases that have made this word game a household name. Here’s hoping Poulter’s hysterically incongruous guidelines lead him to victory and leave him feeling like Wonderwoman.

Charging Forward & Looking Back

The Isleworth Collegiate Invitational hosted by Texas Tech celebrated many firsts in 2009, signifying a year of change for the annual collegiate golf tournament, which is held at Isleworth Golf & Country Club each fall. Designed to give players and coaches the feel of a PGA Tour event, the ICI provides collegiate golfers the opportunity to compete on one of the toughest courses in the nation against the best players in the game. Top-ranked Oklahoma State claimed its first team victory at the 2009 tournament, unseating the longtime defending champion University of Georgia. The Bulldogs hold the record for most ICI victories, having won four of the six team titles since the tournament began.

In 2009, the tournament secured seven of the top 10 teams for its 15-team field, according to the Golfweek/Sagarin poll. The most noteworthy individual performance came from Alabama’s Bud Cauley, who claimed the medalist honors by finishing the tournament at 5-under-par. Oklahoma State’s triumph reminded many of past Oklahoma State standout Pablo Martin, the winner of two ICI individual medalist honors in 2004 and 2005. Join our social media network and stay up-to-date on the 2010 ICI.

In 2009, the ICI debuted a new look – a fresh logo signifying Texas Tech as the new host school for the premier three-day collegiate golf event. Last year also marked the ICI’s first foray into the social media world. In between birdies and bogeys, the ICI tweeted round-by-round updates through Twitter and released tournament news and photos through Facebook status updates. Even so, a new champion, host university and logo could not outshine the ICI’s nostalgic past. Former ICI contenders Rickie Fowler and Jamie Lovemark were the talk of the tournament for more reasons than one. Just a year after their 2008 ICI appearance, Oklahoma State’s Fowler and USC’s Lovemark have soared to new heights as PGA Tour up-and-comers. Credited as college golf’s most coveted event, the ICI has invited the most competitive field of teams in collegiate golf since its 2004 inception.

ISLEWORTH gol f course: a hole -by-hole gui d e

The undulating terrain and hills of Central Florida have made Isleworth a very special golf course. The feeling we hope members will all have after playing 18 holes at Isleworth is that they would like to go right back out and play another 18 holes.

–Arnold palmer

isleworth golf course designer

he history of Isleworth’s golf course is as storied as its original designer. When golf legend Arnold Palmer first saw Isleworth, he realized it was the ideal setting to build a legendary golf course. Weaving through rolling hills, around pristine lakes and amid grand oak and cypress trees, Isleworth’s picture-perfect course layout was possible because Palmer carved it into 800 undeveloped acres of citrus groves before plotting a single home site. Palmer’s genius vision, combined with golf architect Steve Smyers’ redesign of the course almost 20 years later, has made Isleworth one of the world’s truly great courses. Today, Isleworth members credit the course as being both scenically stunning and the ultimate test of golf.

Holes 1 through 5 are characterized as the most difficult stretch on the course, and of the devilish first five holes, the opening hole is the only realistic birdie chance. Few have been able to play the 2nd and 3rd holes under par, and these two holes continually yield more bogeys than any other on the course. Many a golfer has seen four or five shots easily disappear on this stretch of holes.

The back nine is less menacing than the front nine in terms of difficulty, but requires a little thought and effort to overcome strategic hurdles, including severe slopes and multiple level greens. Nowhere does the course come more alive than the 11th, known for its thousands of colorful flowers and shrubs. The 14th and 15th are nearly as picturesque, with views of Lake Butler, the biggest of all the lakes in the Butler Chain. The 16th is the last real chance for a birdie before reaching the pressure-packed 17th and 18th holes, which call for both accuracy and length and present two of the most challenging greens on the entire course.

NEMOURs’ PROMISE FOR

LAKE NONA A fleet of backhoes and rising steel and concrete are signs that Nemours Children’s Hospital is well underway within Lake Nona’s emerging medical city. The 95-bed children’s hospital is part of a 60-acre pediatric health campus that will focus on biomedical research, medical and allied health training, pediatric prevention services and child advocacy programs. When Nemours opens in June 2012, it will employ 1,200 staff members, including 50 new physicians.

David J. Bailey, MD, MBA President and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. David Bailey has served as the president and CEO of The Nemours Foundation since 2006. Bailey earned his medical degree from Pennsylvania State University and completed an internship and residency program in pediatrics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, D.C. After a decade of service in the U.S. Army Medical Corps, Bailey established the division of pediatric gastroenterology at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children in Orlando. Bailey joined Nemours when the Nemours Children’s Clinic opened in Orlando in 1997. During his career with Nemours, Bailey also served as chief executive for the Nemours’ Pensacola practice, chief executive for Nemours’ Pensacola, Orlando and Jacksonville physician practices, and as chief operating officer of Nemours entities in the Delaware Valley and Florida.

Q: A:

Describe Nemours Children’s Hospital’s interest in general health and how Nemours is reaching out to the greater Orlando community. Nemours focuses on those children that have multiple medical issues and typically need consistent and ongoing specialty care. Our mission and promise is to care for each child as if he or she were our own. Nemours has maintained a presence in Orlando since 1997 through the Orlando clinic, and more recently we’ve expanded our reach through community partnerships. Two of our successful community-based programs include childhood obesity prevention through Nemours Health and Prevention Services, and early detection of dyslexia and reading difficulties through Nemours BrightStart! These programs provide education, advocacy and intervention to help Central Florida’s children grow up healthy.

Q: A:

How is Nemours promoting healthy behavior among children?

Nemours is encouraging healthy behavior among children through the creation and sponsorship of programs like the Building on the ROCK (Reduce Obesity in Central Florida Kids) Conference in partnership with the University of Central Florida. Given Nemours’ experience in childhood obesity prevention and research with our 5-2-1 Almost None campaign in Delaware, our organization is conducting workshops around health promotion in schools, after-school and childcare settings. Nemours’ KidsHealth.org is an online resource for parents, teens and children that promotes physical health and offers advice about a wide range of physical, emotional and behavioral issues that affect children and teens.

Q: A:

What are some of the innovative ideas taking shape around patient care at Nemours’ Lake Nona campus? Nemours’ mission is to become one of the best child health institutions in the country, as defined by patient satisfaction.

FUTURE

PLANS:

Our goal is to be ranked in the top 5 percent of the nation by 2015. We’re working toward achieving that target in a number of ways. We are making an enormous investment in technology, including Electronic Medical Records. This will act as an information and communications bridge between Nemours clinicians, referring physicians and patients to ensure seamless care. This should enhance the patient experience by providing more efficient care and help Nemours achieve one

the physical proximity, as well as similarly aligned missions. We place high importance on collaboration — it’s the basis of our model of care. Among other partnerships, we plan to collaborate with the UCF College of Medicine to train tomorrow’s pediatric sub-specialists, providing education, fellowships and residencies to medical students who will care for generations of children to come.

timely issues, including diabetes, childhood obesity and pulmonary disease.

Q: A:

What attributes of Orlando and the Lake Nona community will be important in attracting clinicians to the Lake Nona hospital? Clinicians, physicians and researchers will all be drawn to Orlando for many of the same reasons Nemours chose to expand here — a desirable region positioned at the crossroads of major highway systems and minutes from a world-class airport. Perhaps more important, Orlando has a worldwide brand representing children and families.

HOTSPUR Interview with Chairman, Daniel Levy Since 1995, Daniel Levy has been managing director of ENIC, a British sports, entertainment and media company. A Cambridge University graduate, Levy specializes in corporate finance and retail management. He serves as the executive chairman of Tottenham Hotspur plc and as a non-executive director for a number of other public and private companies.

Q: Q:

On the field, Tottenham Hotspur Football Club has built a reputation for playing stellar football, which has earned the team a trophy in each of the last six decades and a well-deserved place in the history books. Tottenham Hotspur is making history off the field, too — breaking new ground by developing a world-class training facility and an iconic stadium with the potential to kick-start the regeneration of the London Borough of Haringey.

What is your relationship with Tavistock Cup?

A:

I am Joe Lewis’ partner in the United Kingdom, within Tavistock’s sports, media and entertainment group, ENIC. ENIC is the major shareholder in Tottenham Hotspur Football Club, owning 85 percent of the shares.

It’s been a very progressive season on and off the pitch for the Spurs, hasn’t it?

A:

Performances on the pitch have been encouraging, and we now have a team that can compete with the very best in the Premier League. We’ve also been working hard off the pitch, having turned the turf at our new training ground, which will be

one of the best in Europe. We hope to start work on a state-of-the-art stadium in the near future. The new stadium development will be a huge catalyst for regenerating this part of North London. Like many stadiums in the United States, we shall look to have a naming rights partner.

Q:

Can you single out one highlight on the pitch for the Spurs this season?

A:

Winning a match 9-1 is a great achievement for any football team, but to score nine goals against Premier League opposition and win by such a large margin has only been achieved once before in the history of the Premier League. Our striker, Jermain Defoe, scored five of the goals, the most goals ever scored by a single player in the Premier League.

Never just par for the course. The playing field has changed. Stuffy traditionalists no longer rule the turf. Today’s fairways are full of a fresh crop of seeds who have begun popping up on the leaderboards at tournaments around the world. Ian Poulter is a perfect example of this new breed of golfer who respects the sanctity of the game without bowing down to its more antiquated

conventions. Ian and his fellow contemporaries have loosened it up while electrifying audiences with their on-course action and after-event antics. It’s a much-needed infusion of unorthodox energy, just like Oakley injects into the sport every year by constantly reinventing itself, in a perpetual state of youth, never willing to settle for the same old score.

Q: A:

Is golf popular amongst the players?

Lots of our players golf, and some have very impressive handicaps. We’re actually looking at placing a putting green at the new training ground for our players.

Q: A:

FUTURE

PLANS:

A new stadium with a 56,250 seating capacity will offer a stunning spectator experience and the highest quality of safety and access. Spectators in this stadium will find themselves closer to the pitch than at any other comparable stadium in the UK.

What makes you proud of the Spurs?

If I had to pick one, it would be the work of Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, which is well-supported by the Club, the players and the staff. Our Foundation uses the power of football to attract, engage and provide what are often life-changing opportunities for individuals in our communities. The work we do in education, health and social inclusion enhances the lives of a wide range of people, including disadvantaged youth, disabled

individuals and the elderly.

Q: A:

Why is football the most popular sport in the UK, and what sets football apart from other sports?

The passion and atmosphere you’ll find at a football match is incomparable to any other sport. We are fortunate to have some of the most dedicated fans of any football team in the UK and a very proud history of more than 125 years. We are also lucky to be part of what

is generally recognized as the world’s greatest league, the English Premier League. These all combine to create an incredible match atmosphere. And atmosphere is so important in football, it has been a key factor in the new stadium design.

AN ENERGY STRATEGY FOr the Future Marcelo Mindlin

Pampa Energía Chairman

In 2005, Pampa Energía acquired a small company called Friogorifico La Pampa. By restructuring its defaulted debt, making a number of strategic investments, various acquisitions, and installing a handful of new power plants, Friogorifico La Pampa evolved into Pampa Energía. Today Pampa Energía is one of the leading companies in Argentina, engaged in the generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. Tavistock Group is a long-term investor in Pampa Energía, the second most heavily-weighted stock on the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and a recent addition to the New York Stock Exchange.

Q: A:

What makes Pampa Energía the leader in clean energy investments?

Q: A:

What are some of the innovative ideas Pampa Energía has to develop clean energy?

Pampa Energía’s goal is to find new ways to improve our generation capacity without increasing the use of depletable resources. We have invested more than $330 million USD to generate electricity with the least possible environmental impact.

In 2008, we’ll added a natural-gas powered turbo generator, which is more efficient yet uses the same amount of resources. It is one of only five that exist globally. In 2010, we complete another important expansion, which will boost electricity production by 50 percent while reducing emissions. The combination of a steam turbine generator and heat-recovery steam generators let us recover and reuse the gas emissions, which would otherwise be released into the atmosphere, to run our new steam turbine generator. We’re proud to say Pampa Energía’s emission reductions will meet the terms of the Kyoto Protocol.

Q: A:

Q: A:

How did joining the New York Stock Exchange help Pampa Energia?

Q: A:

Why are alternative energy company stocks an important part of an investment portfolio?

Our New York Stock Exchange listing late last year gave Pampa Energía access to the largest pool of equity investors in the world and gives our shareholders a more liquid and cost-effective trading platform for their ADRs.

As alternative energies become a larger component of the worldwide energy supply, value appreciation is expected from those companies that are viewed as users or developers of alternative energy solutions. Pampa Energía’s first generation of renewable assets were 650 MW of hydro power projects. Since then, Pampa Energía has looked into several sustainable projects, especially wind farms. We are mindful of the immense Argentine potential for wind farms in the Patagonian area and continuously look for the right opportunity to develop them.

How has Pampa Energía expanded in recent years? We started our business four years ago by acquiring a small company with approximately $1 million USD worth of assets. Today, we have more than $941 million USD in assets. We produce 8 percent of Argentina’s total electricity generation, we transport approximately 95 percent of the country’s high-voltage electricity, and we are the largest electricity distributor in the country, with more than 2.5 million customers. This makes Pampa Energía the largest fully integrated electricity company in Argentina. I am proud to affirm that we are the private sector company that has invested the most in our country in the last several years, and we acknowledge that this could not have been possible without the constant and strong support from our main shareholders.

We are exploring ways to add 10 new students to the scholarship program each year once Albany opens. We believe in investing in the communities where we have business interests. Celebrating ISLEWORTH’S

PAST

Long before exquisite estate homes, a championship golf course, a lavish clubhouse and monumental statues stood in what is now the community of Isleworth Golf & Country Club, the area was a prime citrus-producing operation with a fascinating history dating back more than a century. In the many years before Isleworth was created, the 1,600 acres of citrus land along the Butler Chain of Lakes was already a community in its own right. Discovered by brothers Sydney and Joshua Chase, Isleworth Groves was a renowned citrus-growing area, dotted with homes and barracks for grove workers and their families, a packing house, a chapel and the Chase family homestead. Golfing icon Arnold Palmer dreamed of developing the world’s finest golf club community on this beautiful property, and in 1984, Isleworth was born. In 1993, Joe Lewis and Tavistock Group acquired Isleworth and embarked on fulfilling this dream with one simple precept — only the best. As we prepare to celebrate Isleworth’s 25-year anniversary, we reflect on the people, events and traditions that have made Isleworth the community it is today.

1980

s

In 1984, golf legend Arnold Palmer purchases 1,600 acres of citrus land surrounded by seven lakes to build a world-class golf course and luxury residential community.

1990

s

In 1993, Joe Lewis fulfills the dream of creating the finest golf club community in the world by planting thousands of trees and flowers, installing a collection of monumental sculptures throughout the garden-like grounds, and fostering some of the most exquisite architecture in Florida. This transformation attracts prominent business executives, professional athletes and celebrities who begin taking up residence in Isleworth.

2000

s

Isleworth Golf & Country Club becomes a sportsman’s playground, offering some of the finest boating, fishing and water recreation opportunities and serving as the site of the Isleworth Collegiate Invitational and PGAsanctioned Tavistock Cup.

CENTERED AROUND

COMMUNITY With seven miles of shoreline on southwest Orlando’s unspoiled Butler Chain of Lakes, Isleworth is home to an enclave of estate homes varying from several million dollars to more than $20 million. New residences, known as the Gardens of Isleworth, bring the distinguishing characteristics of Isleworth’s estate homes to a villa setting.

2010

s

Isleworth earns national acclaim, selected among the top 100 courses in the country in rankings by Travel + Leisure Golf, Wall Street Journal, GolfWeek and Links Magazine.

Commanding 600 acres, Isleworth is known for its attractive amenities, including a championship golf course conceived and designed by Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay, and later enhanced by Steve Smyers. An 89,000-square-foot Mediterranean clubhouse sits in the heart of the community, featuring a ballroom, golf shop, formal and casual dining venues and a state-of-the-art grill with an indoor half basketball court, golf simulator and putting green. Members also enjoy tennis facilities, a fitness center, a children’s program, concierge services and 24-hour security.
