No new. No improved.

Nature perfected FIJI Water long before we bottled it. Beginning as rainfall purified by Pacific trade winds, it filters through volcanic rock and collects in a natural artesian aquifer. There, it’s sheltered from the elements until it’s bottled at the source. And just as Earth protects our water, we’re working to protect Earth. That’s why we’re proud to be a member of 1% for the Planet, a network of businesses that contribute 1% of sales to worldwide environmental efforts. Welcome to the TAVISTOCK

CUP

Welcome to the Tavistock Cup, the World Golf and Country Club Championship. The 2011 Tavistock Cup signals a new era for our unique team competition that began as a friendly backyard rivalry between a handful of Isleworth and Lake Nona’s touring professional members eight years ago. This year’s Tavistock Cup will build on the tournament’s rich history and traditions by introducing new teams and new players to this one-of-a-kind golf competition. Isleworth serves as the stage for the global showdown between Albany, Isleworth, Lake Nona and Queenwood, which boast an unrivaled depth of talent that represents the highest concentration of top-ranked golfers. The four-way matchup between these top international clubs marks a new rivalry for the ages and a new level of excitement for spectators. While the Tavistock Cup has risen to new heights, one thing remains unchanged. It continues its reign as the most intimate, spirited and distinctive event in golf. The Tavistock Cup through the Tavistock Foundation has donated millions of dollars to local, national and international charities since the tournament’s inception in 2004. Some of this year’s beneficiaries include Audubon of Florida, The First Tee, Health Central Foundation, Orlando Minority Youth Golf Association, University of Central Florida Foundation and Valencia College. We would like to express our appreciation to Tavistock Cup’s contestants, sponsors, volunteers, staff and spectators. We’re pleased you could join us for the 2011 Tavistock Cup, an event unlike anything else in the world.

More teams, more players, more colors, more fun.

professional members competed in a tournament? As the roster of professional members grew, so did the burning desire to answer that question. After exploring the idea with a few of the players, the tournament was embraced by all, and, in 2004, the Tavistock Cup was born. 2011 brings a new era for the Tavistock Cup, introducing new teams, new players and new rivalries. The ultimate World

The inaugural matches were held at Lake Nona Golf & Country Club. This was the only year Team Lake Nona wore yellow. Team Isleworth sported red, a tradition that continues today. Because of a rain delay at THE PLAYERS Championship, the Tavistock Cup matches were merged into one day of play. Following a sudden-death playoff that resulted in a tie, the tournament returned to Isleworth in 2006.

The 2006 Tavistock Cup was the first year that members and spectators showed their support for each team by wearing either Isleworth Red or Lake Nona Blue to the event.

Annika Sorenstam beat Paula Creamer in a head-to-head matchup during Round 2, while Tavistock Cup rookie J.B. Holmes swept all the individual competitions.

Lake Nona defended its home turf and won back the Tavistock Cup. Graeme McDowell led Lake Nona to victory and won the Payne Stewart Salver Award with a 6-under-par 66 during Round 2.

After Henrik Stenson sunk a 65-foot putt on Hole #17,Tiger Woods picked up Stenson’s ball and playfully tossed it in Lake Nona. During Round 1,Team Lake Nona dominated Team Isleworth by capturing all of the available points. It was the first and only time in history that one team was held scoreless.

SLEWORTH 18 I GOLF COURSE: A HOLE-BY-HOLE GUIDE

The history of Isleworth’s golf course is as storied as its original designer. When golf legend Arnold Palmer first saw Isleworth, he realized it was the ideal setting to build a legendary golf course. Weaving through rolling hills, around pristine lakes and amid grand oak cypress trees, Isleworth’s picture-perfect course layout was possible because Palmer carved it into 800 undeveloped acres of citrus groves before plotting a single home site. Palmer’s genius vision, combined with golf architect Steve Smyers’ redesign of the course almost 20 years later, have made Isleworth one of the world’s truly great courses. Today, Isleworth members credit the course as being both scenically stunning and the ultimate test of golf.

CHARGING BULL {PAR 4 399 Yards}

3

LAKE BLANCHE MONSTER {PAR 5 628 Yards}

The front nine at Isleworth tests the mightiest of players, rating two strokes tougher than the back nine. Holes 1 through 5 are characterized as the most difficult stretch on the course, and of the devilish first five holes, the opening hole is the only realistic birdie chance. Few have been able to play the 2nd and 3rd holes under par, and these two holes continually yield more bogeys than any others on the course. Many a golfer has seen four or five shots easily disappear on this stretch of holes.

QUEENWOOD GOLF CLUB

Nestling in the heart of the rolling Surrey countryside, Queenwood is a traditional private members’ golf club, mirroring the classic clubs of world-renown which helped foster the ideals of the sport we so cherish. Conceived by Frederick D. Green of Eagle Springs, Vail and Nantucket Golf Club renown, Queenwood is a club proud of its US roots and British golfing traditions. The club’s members are from the UK, US and wider international golfing community. Today, we enjoy a very ‘special relationship’ of compatibility and shared goals, both on the course and in the clubhouse. Our members all share a love for the game of golf, its traditions of sportsmanship and etiquette, and its history.

QUEENWOOD HALLMARKS • A classic Surrey heathland course designed by David Kidd to capture the rich heritage of British design in one of its historic birthplaces • • Impeccably maintained by our Course Manager, who enjoys a close working relationship with some of the world’s leading agronomists • • An exclusive, uncrowded environment not requiring tee times • • A true private members’ club – 7 days a week. There are no unaccompanied guests at Queenwood • • Extraordinary clubhouse facilities and services comparable with the best 5-star hotels (albeit in our own unique Queenwood style). In particular, the Queenwood accomodations are world-class and add considerably to the member experience. The Library, too, cannot be bettered for discreet, private business meetings between members and their guests • • A limited membership of 400, which includes many International Members. Spouses are afforded Associate Membership under the same fee structure • • A tranquil setting which belies its proximity to Central London, Heathrow, Gatwick and Farnborough airports •

MEMBERSHIP Queenwood enjoys a highly compatible membership, and new club members are introduced primarily from within. However, the Board of Directors interviews candidates for membership throughout the year, and occasionally admits a candidate who might be new to the Queenwood family The Clubhouse Manager, Gerry Ivers, is available to assist on: 44 (0) 1932 45 45 00 [gerry.ivers@queenwood.co.uk] QUEENWOOD GOLF CLUB Stonehill Road • Ottershaw • Surrey • KT16 0AQ 44 (0) 1932 45 45 00

The 16th is the last real chance for a birdie before reaching the pressure-packed 17th and 18th holes, which call for both accuracy and length and present two of the most challenging greens on the entire golf course.

Artfelt Reception Isleworth is proud to showcase a dozen sculptures from the late abstract sculptor Eduardo Chillida through the 2011 Sotheby’s monumental exhibition. The Spanish hero of modern art is heralded for his avant-garde stylistic expression and rich interweaving of form and space. Chillida’s works on display in Isleworth represent the artist’s first major U.S. exhibition of large-scale, outdoor sculptures. All 12 pieces are available for private sale through Sotheby’s.

A VANGUARD’S VISION Chillida’s enormous capacity for reinventing space makes him one of the most acclaimed sculptors of the later 20th century. Spatiality is the main subject of Chillida’s works, and his pieces always seek interaction with the surrounding landscape.

HEAVY METAL, ROLLING STONE Most of Chillida’s extraordinary creations are made of iron, steel and stone, materials that represent Basque traditions in industry, architecture and agriculture.

MODERN-DAY MASTERPIECE S More than 40 of Chillida’s sculptures are installed in city squares and public museums around the world. Berlin, two colossal iron structures in front of the new German Chancellery in Berlin, is Chillida’s tribute to German reunification. Chillida’s Wind Combs, a series of giant steel forceps jutting out from the granite cliffs of San Sebastian, symbolizes man’s connection with nature.

Nemours Tops Out at Lake Nona

The pivitol I-beam is hauled into place.

The past year has been an exciting one for Nemours and the new Nemours Children’s Hospital currently under construction in Lake Nona’s Medical City. From hiring key leadership to reaching construction milestones, Nemours has remained on track for the 2012 opening of its new children’s hospital. Nemours Children’s Hospital also reached its pivotal topping out ceremony late in the summer. The organization celebrated the historic milestone with construction manager Skanska on August 20. Nearly 1,000 employees, families and Central Florida officials were in attendance as the final beam was set in place. Prior to the event, the beam traveled to all four Nemours Florida sites, including the Jacksonville, Orlando and Pensacola clinics, as well as the Jacksonville headquarters, where it was signed by Nemours associates, Skanska employees and contractors. The occasion was celebrated with a carnival-theme festival for the families of all involved with the project. Children and their families enjoyed a petting zoo, a rock climbing wall, face painting, balloon animals, a dunk tank, an obstacle course and photos with a fire truck. Most recently, the Nemours Children’s Hospital Preview Center opened in Lake Nona. Set up like a gallery, the new center allows visitors to see the state-of-the-art outpatient and emergency department exam rooms, an ICU inpatient room, a medical surgical (acute) inpatient room, a model of the Nemours Children’s Hospital campus and videos sharing Nemours’ unique focus on patient care.

Orlando Fire Department visits the site.

Pivotal to introducing the new hospital to the community, the Nemours Children’s Hospital Preview Center will also serve as a test site for technology, equipment and furnishings, as well as a venue to recruit professionals and support personnel for the new hospital. Families, children and patient/familycentered care experts continue to provide input on all aspects of the design with a specific focus on the patient care space. Special attention has been paid to emphasize safety, security and infection control as key drivers in the design of the Nemours Children’s Hospital campus and facilities. The Nemours Children’s Hospital Preview Center is open to the public Tuesday through Saturday. Discover for yourself the difference Nemours Model of Care will make in children’s lives.

Queenwood features all the hallmarks of a true private members’ golf club with its tranquil surroundings, limited membership, impeccably maintained course, extraordinary clubhouse facilities and rich golf legacy. Founded by American golf entrepreneur Frederick Green, Queenwood enjoys an international community of members who share a passion for the game of golf and

cherish its customs of etiquette and sportsmanship. Designed to capture the rich heritage of British golf design in one of its historic birthplaces, Queenwood’s course is a creation of David Kidd, widely known for his work at Bandon Dunes. Queenwood’s course delivers a truly unique golf experience by replicating many of the traditional features of Surrey courses and seamlessly blending them with modern technology to produce the tightest turf conditions.

A sanctuary for members and their guests, Queenwood’s clubhouse provides sophisticated away-from-it-all serenity and unparalleled comfort with fine dining experiences and distinctly appointed guest rooms. The Queenwood experience culminates with personal, gracious and detailoriented service provided to each member by the talented clubhouse staff. A quintessential golf experience and a perfectly formed membership ensure Queenwood will stand the test of time.

FREEB!RDS top-flight performance World’s best burrito at center of fast and furious growth

Lynyrd Skynyrd burst onto the music scene in 1973 with its wildly popular single Free Bird. Almost 15 years later, a burrito joint drawing its inspiration from the same Lynyrd Skynyrd hit experienced its big beginning. When two ex-hippies started rolling burritos in Santa Barbara, Calif., for a strictly college clientele, they never imagined their small burrito shop, Freebirds World Burrito, would attract a fanatical following. Today, Freebirds has 45 locations from California to Texas, with 42 new units planned for 2011. Legions of fans exist in every Freebirds market. Freebirds' fandom today is much broader than its original college campus consumer base. Freebirds is breaking into new markets and settings – from urban neighborhoods to

Grand openings attract an average of 1,000 guests Freebirds has 66,000 Facebook fanatics and counting

420,000 customers are Freebirds Fanatic Cardholders

A hippie theme drives Freebirds’ wacky motif, including a multi-colored Freebirds-branded Volkswagen van that travels across the country

suburban shopping centers. Its recipe for long-term growth and continued success is deceptively simple. Freebirds dishes up an extraordinary range of create-your-own gourmet burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, nachos, salads and quesadillas made from all-natural ingredients. Freebirds delivers a free-spirited atmosphere for customers, too. Iconic music lyrics are splashed across the walls. A Statue of Liberty, or "Libby" as she is known, rides a motorcycle suspended from the restaurant's ceiling. But inspired burritos and decor aren’t the only things driving Freebirds’ growth. Tavistock Restaurants has provided organizational vision and smart expansion strategies for Freebirds since purchasing the chain in 2007 when it had just 19 restaurants. Despite a sluggish economy, Freebirds remains a model of success and is Tavistock Restaurants’ fastest growing brand.

The conversation starter. And ender. There’s much to talk about when you build a sedan that’s toppling the S-Class® in every possible way. Ample discussion, alone, could be had around its revolutionary aluminum Audi Space Frame (ASF®) and the resulting leap in performance and efficiency.* Or the intuitive handwriting recognition technology of its MMI® system. Or even its LED headlights — so vibrantly clear, it’s the closest re-creation to daylight yet† . All of which will lead you to conclude the conversation is over. See how at audiusa.com/A8. The new Audi A8 is here.

Luxury has progressed.
