01. Client Project : Lal Kothi Residence, Goa, India Year : 2019-20 The house is organized in two levels. The upper level has the living, dining and kitchen and is accessible from the road level, while private quarters are on the lower level. Exposed laterite retaining wall is used to raise the side setback to the living room level to create accessible landscaped gardens on upper levels, this gives an illusion of structure being single. The living and dining hall is proportioned on the lines of the traditional Goan ‘Sal’ with high wooden ceiling, exposed steel trusses and tall windows connecting with the view. The two shorter sides with glass partition connect the hall to the open greens on either side making it seamless with the exteriors.

The material used was largely local. laterite and the black igneous rock excavated from the site was used in construction of walls and pavements respectively. The house itself was kept pretty monochrome with the use of red colour that was the colour of the soil itself. Coloured Concrete floor further unified the overall scheme into a one monolithic whole- as if the house itself had emerged from the ground. Local varieties of Timber such as Shivan and teak were used in false ceilings and other woodwork.

02. Client Project : 106, Lake Promenade Year : 2022 (Proposed) The house is organized in two levels. The lower level has the living, dining and kitchen and is accessible from the road level, with a garage, while private quarters are on the upper level. 11
The interior has been designed according to the client's requirements with modern cabinets and a combination of midnight grey and wooden finishes. The collection of quartz has been meticulously selected to compliment the color scheme of the dining room and kitchen. A video animation has been produced for the webiste on Blender and SketchUp, the link for the same is attached below.

Client Project : Re- development of anand vihar railway station - future ready Year : 2019 (Proposal)
The aim of this design competition is to design a Railway station and do a conceptual level master-planning of the precinct that can help users through improved circulation and decrease of conflict areas, thereby making it an effective and efficient landmark public area in the city. As per the modernization measures being undertaken by the Ministry of Railways, separate entry and exits for passengers, and separate arrival and departure area for vehicles will help in security arrangements and effective circulation and traffic management. platforms and has various amenities for the passengers. 20
Modernising a Railport or a railway station has a major impact on the urban context as with the infrastructural development there is a major inflow of people as there are various oppurtunities of employment and also the economy booms on a macro scale

05. Client Project : Upgradation of Fishermen village at Bhati Koliwada Year : 2020 - Architectural thesis This thesis primarily focuses on development of urban fishing villages of Mumbai in terms of housing and economy. The aim for this study is to understand the issues related to how Koliwadas have evolved over the years and their current conditions. The selected village, Bhati Koliwada lies in Madh Island, Mumbai.
25
Client Project : Compnay Name & Co. Year : 2020 Bhati Koliwada is an active fishing village with a population of around 1400. Although fishing is the primary occupation here, nature's uncertain situations makes this occupation unreliable, leading to communities and future generations to drift away from the occupation and their village For a secure future, the locals need to be provided with facilities to create alternative sustainable work opportunities related to fishing. The proposal aims for a new and developed housing with all the required amenities, considering the fact that if the villagers see growth in lifestyle and economic opportunities, the rate of out migration would be significantly reduced compared to other villages.
