A major moving franchise used prospect mailing campaigns to drive new business. However, they relied on a single source for the “pre-mover” data that shaped their mailing lists. Campaign performance had stalled and the company was looking for fresh ideas.
Taylor researched all available pre-mover data sources to identify the top sources based on coverage volume and enhanced demographics and psychographics. We then recommended the use of a custom scoring model and enhanced data (e.g., income and age) to see if campaign performance could be improved. A three-month test was conducted using both the current pre-mover data source and our top recommended source.
