Challenge

A large, growing faith-based health system in the Midwest used Taylor Healthcare as a print overflow partner for years. After consolidating three in-house print shops to a single print center, the health system finally decided to maximize its cost efficiencies and exit the print business altogether. However, they needed a partner to help them through the tight 45-day transition.

Challenge

A large university medical center in the Midwest opened a new facility with 300+ beds. In an effort to free up capital for further expansion and expedite the medical center's adoption of EHR, they began to reconsider the economics of their in-house print shop. The medical center worked with a business transformation consultant to analyze the current state, which resulted in an RFP for outsourced print management services.
