Use this guide to learn about our family owned and run business, choose the perfect event package for your special day, and immerse yourself in the history of The Bank Street Annex. The Bank Street Annex is the premier wedding reception venue in the Lehigh Valley. We take pride in our historical art deco architecture that has over 10,000 square feet of space for you and your guests to enjoy. We are conveniently located in historic downtown Easton, PA on a charming little street covered in sparkling string lights creating a magical experience for every single person entering our doors. Our goal is to create the perfect setting for you on your wedding day. We take great pride in carefully planning out each event, with an owner overseeing the entire process who will be there for you throughout the entirety of your special day. From 1929 to Now The Bank Street Annex is a family owned and operated reception venue. Our sincerest effort is making your special day a truly memorable affair. We have been in operation since 1998, specializing in weddings and family events, where we plan only one event per day. Each event is carefully planned out with an owner present overseeing the cooking and service. The building was once The Easton National Bank, (The 6th Bank in Pennsylvania and the oldest bank in the Lehigh Valley) and was rebuilt in 1929 with an art deco architecture design. The Bank St. Annex is over 10,000 square feet, most of which is available exclusively for your guests. Many of the original features of the bank are still apparent today, including our second floor vault, teller windows, sitting rooms and our famous hand crafted 40 foot ceiling. The entrance is on South Bank Street, a quiet pedestrian walkway shared with The Crayola Factory and located directly across from the Easton parking garage. When booking an event with us, your guests will receive free parking badges for the garage.
Before it was the Ballroom
The Bank Street Annex was not always called the Annex. In its hayday back in 1929, it was the Easton National Bank and it was the only bank used by the Eastonians of the 20s and 30s. Did you know that every one 1929 dollar had the same buying power as fourteen dollars and twelve cents has today in 2017. That is an inflation rate of about 3.05%.

Our unique facility offers a separate cocktail reception area for your guests, as well as a private bridal day suite for you. We also offer a private portrait room if you choose to have your formal photos taken at the Annex. Our Kitchen is overseen by one of the owners for all weddings, and we offer either a 3 or 5 course dinner, or you may select a cocktail reception with various food stations and hors d’oeuvres. All of our cooking is done on premise and prepared with only the freshest ingredients. The food prepared for you is the same from our sister restaurant,

Pearly Bakers Alehouse. When choosing Bank Street as your venue, after the party is over in our building your guests will be given a free drink ticket for our sister restaurant to keep the party going all night long. To help you with the wedding menu selections we offer a complimentary tasting dinner. You are welcome to bring your own decorations, however we do offer a preferred vendor list for your assistance. This list can be found at the end of this booklet. Lastly, free parking is provided for you and your guests for the duration of the reception in the garage behind our space.

We are family owned and operated and have been helping couples throughout the Lehigh Valley write their perfect wedding stories since 1998. Our dedicated team of professionals are here to assist you with every detail, making your fairytale wedding a dream come true. The Annex also offers full service catering for your community event or family celebrations. We host bar or bat mitzvahs, reunions, sweet sixteens, special dinners, showers, or any other special celebration and occasion. We know that your celebration is unique, so we meet directly to plan an event that reflects your preferences and budget. All entrees are prepared with the chef’s choice of vegetable & starch. We offer for your vegetarian guests a vegetable scampi over angel hair pasta topped with Parmesan cheese The Bank St Annex reserves the right to substitute ingredients due to availability and seasonality. All four wedding packages include: use of bridal suite, tax, tip, parking, room rental fee, ivory table linens, chair covers, cake cutting fee, bartenders, servers, non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. The Bank St. Annex strives to provide the finest service and attention to detail for you reception. We are pleased to host one event per day, giving you and your guests the use of the entire facility during your reception.

The Band is Hot and the Drinks are Cold “We are so glad that our memorable day could take place at your unique venue! We really appreciate all of the time and effort put into making our day special.” he Bar packages are 4 ½ hours of open bar. The bar closes at the end of cocktail hour to let your guests find their seats and for your formal introduction. Last call is 15 minutes prior to the end of your reception. Wine service with dinner can be added to the Hamilton, Jackson and Grant packages for $6.50 per person. For an extra hour, Hamilton / Jackson $5 per person/ Grant $7 per person/ Franklin $9 per person. Bartenders and management reserve the right to refuse service as deemed appropriate. Bartenders included in price. You may upgrade your bar package. From Hamilton to Grant, add $6.00 per person.
The Bar at Bank Street
During cocktail hour the bar is located on the second floor corridor. There will be experienced wait staff to take care of any drinks you could imagine. We even have special twenties inspired Speakeasy drinks available upon request. Our bartenders are more than just that, they are mixologists ready to create the perfect drinks for your guests.

Interested in having craft beer at your event? Not a problem at all! We will do our very best to get you what you want. We have many great relationships with local craft brewers who would be more than willing to provide a free tasting to choose the perfect beer for your special day. Explore our Three Floors When your guests enter your celebration they will come in through the side doors located on Bank Street. They will walk down a lovely path covered in string lights and colorful mosaic tiles. They will enter to find the original staircase featuring beautiful photography from the 1920s. On the second floor, your guests will enjoy cocktail hour located in the old offices and vaults of the bank. Your bridal party has the option to delight in their own special cocktail hour located on the third floor, strictly off limits for guests. This is a special feature of the Bank Street Annex and is a great getaway from the stress that the bridal party can go through during the wedding festivities. There is a full kitchen and bathroom, a living room, dining room and dressing room for the ladies. This floor is always a very special photo-op because of the gorgeous architecture and decoration it has. After cocktail hour, your guests will walk down our grand staircases into the main ballroom area where dinner and dancing will ensue. From this point forward, the entire first two floors of the Annex are open to your guests. The third floor will remain open for your bridal party throughout the entire night. The ballroom has two staircases each leading to the beautiful overhanging balconies on either side of the room. You are welcome to have tables up on these balconies or contain all of the tables to the downstairs ballroom. Our full kitchen and waitstaff are located off the ballroom area as well as our full bar. This bar will offer any signature drinks that you choose for your event. From here on the party will go on, food will be served and cake will be cut. After the festivities end at Bank Street, we invite all guests to head across the street over to our sister restaurant and bar, Pearly Bakers Alehouse. Each guest will leave Bank Street with one free drink ticket to continue the party over at Pearly Bakers. Guests will also leave with their free parking pass if their vehicles are located in the parking garage.
