LOOKING AHEAD TO THE 2023 SPRING MARKET

Wow, we are already into the 8th week of 2023. This month, I am sharing some helpful tips to keep in mind if you are planning on simultaneously buying a home while selling your current home. An appraisal is different from a home inspection. An appraisal relates to a home’s value while a home inspection assesses the actual physical condition of a home.
