We just wanted to give a huge thanks to Theresa and her team for all their help, advice, and guidance over the last 18 months. We had to sell our condo quickly last year and with a monumental effort from the ladies we managed to go from an initial phone call to Theresa, through staging and viewings, to a signed sale at a very good price, in only two and a half weeks. They then helped us find the ideal rental property and guided us through the mountain of paperwork that entailed. This year they were so patient helping us to purchase our ideal condo. We saw many condos with Lindsay, before the perfect one came up, which they were able to purchase for us at a reduced price. Both ladies were dedicated to the task and willing to go the extra mile to help us in our endeavors and we greatly appreciated them being with us and supporting us through this journey, we couldn’t have done it without them. Also, special shout out to Lindsay, her eye for staging is outstanding. In addition, we must add; in the same 18 months’ timeframe, Theresa and Lindsay also helped both sets of our parents stage and sell their condos.
