Expression of Gratitude!

We have just sold our home at 1 Hurontario. Theresa Baird, who we knew was the best and most successful real estate agent in our area, was the only company that we felt could provide us with the conclusion we required. Since we moved into our condo in 2010, she sent us monthly updates as to rentals and sales, asking prices and sold amounts. We never forgot this.

Initially we agreed on an asking purchase price and although she thought it might be a little high, and she was right, after 9 days we received an acceptable offer at 96% of the asking price. Through her efforts, staging, photos, advertising, widespread use of other real estate areas she got the job done. My wife and I were in the real estate business for 36 years and we know the good and the so-so, we are really satisfied with the efforts of Theresa and her associate Lindsay Meadwell for keeping us informed at every stage in the process.
