TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. You must personally enroll the new Consultant to be eligible to be rewarded for mentoring your new Consultant.
2. If you have a Global Business Account, you will earn the applicable mentoring bonus from the home market in the local currency in which the new Consultant enrolled. Please refer to the local market Mentoring Programme document for their applicable Mentoring Bonus amounts.
3. When your new Consultant achieves the applicable level of the Business Enrichment Programme within the defined timeframe you will be eligible for the Mentoring Programme Bonus at that level.
4. The bonus of each level can be achieved whether the previous level was achieved or not.
5. To receive each level of the Mentoring Programme Bonus you must be Active in the Calendar Month your Consultant achieves their level.
6. The Mentoring Programme Bonus will be paid in the next monthly payment after which your Consultant has achieved the applicable level.
7. The Body Shop reserves the right to change or adjust this Programme at any time.
