Please see enclosed for the names of the award recipients. There will be a presentation ceremony to present the badges and certificates to the deserving cadets. On this note, we would like to extend our invitation to you and your overall teacher-in-charge / Corps Superintendent of the CCA unit to attend the ceremony. Kindly return us the enclosed response via fax by 24 June 2009. We would also like to invite the parents / guardian of the recipients to attend the ceremony, which they will witness their child/ward receiving the award. Enclosed is the letter to the parents / guardian. The reporting time for the recipients will be at 1.00pm in their FULL-UNIFORM with all badges to be worn on their uniform. Recipients who report after 1.30pm will not be allowed to receive their awards. As part of the precautionary measures, all recipients are to bring along their Oral Digital Thermometer (ODT) on the day of the ceremony. Attendance will be taken and temperature taking exercise will be conducted on that day. Individual temperature and travel declaration will also be recorded. May I congratulate your cadets for achieving the Chief Commissioner’s Badge and we look forward to your presence at the ceremony.
