Learning Commons

The Learning Commons is your learning support system. From traditional subject tutoring and research strategies to innovative study techniques, workshops and makerspace events, we are here for you! Combining Library Services and Tutoring Services, the Learning Commons offers a variety of services, including:

• Free help from professional tutors and librarians

• Individual and collaborative study spaces

• Access to print and digital resources online at library.tctc.edu

• Online and in-person tutoring available in math, science, economics, Spanish, engineering, writing, and more

• Academic coaching on topics like study skills and time management

• Supplemental Instruction (SI), a series of peer-led weekly review sessions for traditionally difficult courses
