Watersports Manager
Must have at least five years (5) of experience in watersports and dive operations with a proven track record in scuba training/safety, boat diving operations, and retail sales. Must be a current Scuba Instructor (PADI, NAUI, or SSI); Captain’s License and STCW certificate are preferred. Must have boat, compressor, and repair and maintenance experience. Must be competent in Microsoft Office, Property Management Software, Blue Bison, TCP, and POS Systems and possess a valid Driver’s License. Salary Range – $35,000-$50,000, depending on experience.
A Ssistant Watersports Manager
Must have at least five (5) years of experience in dive operations with a proven track record in scuba training/safety and retail sales. Must be 100% customer forward and current Scuba Instructor (PADI, NAUI, or SSI) Captain’s License and STCW certificate preferred. Boat, compressor, and maintenance experience is a plus. Competency in Microsoft Office, Property Management Software, Blue Bison, TCP, and POS Systems, and a valid Driver’s License. required. Salary Range – $25,000-$40,000, depending on experience.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
LOCATION: GILLEY’S CAFE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Manages and oversees all aspects of the organization’s food and beverage planning and service.
• Develop operating strategy and objectives, including preparing and administering the budget, financial forecasts, monitoring the P/L, maintaining cost control, and managing inventory control.
• Establish and enforce purchasing and inventory control procedures.
• Regularly review restaurant policies and procedures and identify ways to improve and/or streamline processes.
• Work with chefs to develop, review and/or revise menu/recipes, as appropriate.
• Develop and/or improve beverage programs as applicable.
• Hire, train, mentor, motivate and develop employees.
• Ensure kitchen, restaurant, and equipment are maintained in accordance with health, safety and sanitation standards.
• Maintain regular communications with outlet managers and executive leaders, ensuring all are kept informed of relevant staff, performance, and operations issues, and work with the same to identify and implement resolutions.
• Design and implement creative initiatives to enhance the food/guest service experience.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Service Management, Restaurant Management, or Hospitality. Advanced degree a plus.
• 7+ years’ culinary experience with a minimum of 3 years successfully managing F&B operations.
• Must be able to work with and understand financial information and basic arithmetic functions.
• Have the ability to analyze forecast data and make judgments to ensure proper production control
• Up-to-date knowledge of restaurant trends and best practices.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems
• Be available to work hours beyond normal work hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, and commit to availability during peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays, when needed.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English both in written format and oral presentation; second language is an asset

3 Senior Project Managers

Plan and supervise a wide range of construction projects from start to finish, experience in managing large scale vertical construction projects is necessary. You will organize and oversee construction the construction team procedures and ensure they are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collaborate with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquire equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Hire contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervise the work of all construction team members and give guidance when needed.
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience as construction project manager, minimum 10 years’ experience managing projects greater then USD $15 MIL.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Projects
• Familiarity with construction/ project management software Procore and Blue Beam
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
