Assistant Cook

Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a luxury resort, has excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing prompt, efficient & courteous service, be well-groomed, ensure the kitchen is clean and sanitized, has experience with POS and inventory control systems. Applicant must have experience in Chinese and Western cuisine, preparing food, plating dishes, and maintaining supplies. Willing to work long hours, weekends & holidays. Salary: $9/ hr. New Position

Housekeeper

Applicant must ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned rooms, work areas and equipment. Willing to work outside of normal hours, weekends & holidays; has experience using sanitation equipment such as extractors & floor polishers. Has experience maintaining necessary inventory system. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, climb stairs, and carry up to 20lbs. Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a luxury 5-star hotel/resort. Must be fluent in English with the ability to read and write. Salary: $8.00/hr. Position currently held by work permit holder.

Mechanical Maintenance Man

Applicant must hold a Diploma in Industrial Technology. Has a minimum of 5 years’ experience performing preventive maintenance & installation of generator systems, HVAC/AC systems, CCTV and AV systems, solar systems installation, and maintenance, working with various dimming & LED systems, water heaters, pool systems, water pumps. Applicant must be a strong communicator in the English language, be computer literate and must be able to read AutoCAD drawings. Applicant will be required to attend to guest repair requests 24/7 with maintenance activities in the guest room like plunging toilets, unclogging drains, repairing all types of hardware, mechanical, electrical, internet, key card access systems, & room safes. Applicant must be willing to work long hours, weekends, and holidays. Salary range: $20,000 - $24,000. Position held by work permit holder.

Assistant Financial Administrator

Under the supervision of the Managing Director, Director of Finance, and the Resident Manager, the Assistant Financial Administrator performs accounting, payroll, treasury, secretarial & administrative duties for a various group of companies. Applicant must have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accountancy. A minimum of 5 years of related experience in the construction, development, or resort property management fields. Have working knowledge of principles of payroll accounting, treasury operation and the general accounting process, maintain routine financial records, prepare financial reports, ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing. Willing to work outside of normal working hours. Salary range: $20,000 - $24,000. Position held by work permit holder.

Beach Attendant

Applicant must have a minimum 5 years’ experience working in a luxury 5-star hotel/resort. Have a good grasp of the English language to be able to speak with others using clear and professional language. Have a pleasant and professional demeanor to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards. Must be able to stand for long periods of time, and carry up to 25lbs. Oversee water activities on the beach; respond appropriately in the event of an emergency, and provide assistance to injured guests. Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, POS and inventory control systems. Able to work long hours, weekends & holidays. Salary: $8/hr. New Position
