LIVE IN SOMMELIER REQUIRED

The successful candidate will work closely with the private villa chef, he/she is expected to assist the chef with other duties and possess the following experience, qualities, and qualifications:

• Experience in Five Star F&B is essential.

• Expansive wine knowledge in order to assist private chef with wine parings for dining.

• ServSafe Certified

• Serving and bar tending experience is also essential since the sommelier will be expected to serve dinner and drinks.

• Butler experience and or training would be an advantage

• Assist private chef in maintaining the cleanliness and proper sanitation of the kitchen

• He/she must be willing to work flexible and long hours (week-ends, & especially holidays) when the family and friends are in residence.

• He/she must be able to work within a team and be willing to perform other duties to assist other staff as required.

• He/she must be extremely well presented and have a good command of English.

• A clean driver’s license is also required as the Sommelier would be expected to assist the private chef with shopping.

Role include full responsibility for budgetary management and control, due diligence, legislative and contractual compliance and personnel management for respective staff within respective teams. Roles also include requirement to travel to sister sites to complete work tasks and project work as required by the organisation and 'on-call responsibilities' for FM services, and in the event of Disaster and Emergency situations.

Salary: $85k full package including benefits

Assistant Engineer Manager

Candidate must be qualified to Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, hold qualifications in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.

Departmental head responsible for effective daily running of Engineering Department at Providenciales. Responsible for team of 5 engineers, grounds maintainance persons and handymen. Ensuring timely completion of work orders, PPM's, reactive tasks and daily operational activity.

Supervises and supports team working on a wide range of engineering plant and equipment (both electrical and mechanical systems).

Ensures that all necessary Health and Safety, finance and planning elements are managed and maintained to ensure operational efficiency and contractual compliance.

Works with Engineering lead at sister site as required, with potential to work across CHMC and CTMC as business requires.

Appointments will be made based on successful interview, positive reference check and a clear Police check. *Previous experience is required for all posts.
