Setup guide for participants •

The following pages will explain the basic features of the Lumi online platform with the Zoom integration.

You will be able to vote, participate in the meeting and view documents and presentations.


Hardware Setup •

A computer is a must for the Lumi platform with Zoom integration. Lumi AGM is compatible with the latest version of Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer. Other browsers are not supported. Mobile devices and tablets are not supported.

Hardwired ethernet connection is ideal.

Wi-Fi can create drop-outs for audio/video input and output. •

During the meeting, please limit internet usage to give priority to the meeting. This includes other people at your location. Please close any software unrelated to the meeting.

Use of headset or earbuds To minimize background noise and feedback and have the best sound quality,

you must use a wired headset. Any type of earbuds or headset will work.


Connecting to the meeting •

Click on the link you have received and enter your username and password: https://web.lumiagm.com/465313481

Once logged in, your browser will request permission to access your microphone and camera. Please allow it to be able to engage during the meeting.

After you’ve clicked Allow, you will be able to test your microphone and camera. Click Join in the Zoom panel once setup.

Connecting to the meeting •

The Zoom meeting will open 15 minutes before the start of the meeting. Please standby until we let you in.

Once the meeting is open, select “Join Audio by Computer”. You can also select Phone Call if you experience issues with audio.

You should then hear background music and see a holding slide.

On the left side of the platform, you will be able to vote, send your speaking requests and view the meeting documents.

Lumi AGM is compatible with the latest version of Chrome, Edge and Firefox on a computer. Mobile devices, tablets, Safari and Internet Explorer are not

supported.

If you want to speak: •

Use the Lumi platform messaging feature to let

the moderator know why you want to speak. The possible actions are listed on the info page. •

A message will confirm we have received your request.

When it’s your turn to speak, the host will ask to unmute your microphone. Click “Unmute” to activate your microphone.

Identify yourself before speaking. If your microphone isn’t working, make sure to select the right device using the arrow next to the mute icon.

You can mute yourself when you are finished speaking. The host will disable your microphone when your comments are over.

Voting •

When a vote is called, a poll will pop-up on Lumi. The resolution and voting choices will be displayed. After you vote, a confirmation message will appear. You can change your selection as long as the vote is open. If you wish to cancel your vote, please press “Cancel”.

Voting will close when the scrutineer confirms we have enough votes. The results will then be displayed.
