Injection
The kind-of-weekly injection of Business Badassery
"Error is preferable to delay." - Anonymous
Wow, Injection Gets Love I wasn't sure exactly what to expect when I sent out the first Injection Issue last week. So many people have been asking about it but I wasn't sure how you would feel about it.
I got the message. So it'll be here to stay, at least for now.
short) so we're working on it.
A few designers have offered to spruce this up This design is from one of The Kids and she could use the help as well. So if you want to help design Injection better, please let us know that as well.
A lot of Builders...
Several people also asked about being a guest writer or something like that - and I love the idea.
In our WBE community have also commented about having their stuff included.
We'll work out the details.
So I'll make sure that we start putting a section of activity from within the community too.
So if you want to be included in the first test group for that, please let me know.
For all the feedback and support.
They'll keep coming
As always (if you haven't already) you can see if you qualify for some Badassery training here:
We tried to make this one longer (that seems to be the biggest complaint, the last one was too
“What is good for the country is good for General Motors, and vice versa." - Charles Wilson
Thanks! So Much
And this does NOT mean we'll stop the Episodes by the way - that was another question. But these are usually faster to put out and you can go through them much quicker.
"The mob has many heads but no brains." - Thomas Fuller
It is appreciated.
The first two Babies; Eago and Zazu, just got their pictures with Santa taken. She had to be kept in the bag, like Hannibal...

In the news... The Last Samurai... in Indiana
According to The Terre Haute Police a local resident question the driver of a car parked in front of his house when a fight ensued. Investigators say that's when the driver of the car used a samurai sword to slice off three fingers of the resident. Link (Thanks to Cal)
Azam says... I recommend just about everybody use stories like this in their marketing, a good exercise is to brainstorm what companies you could use this for - self defense, home security, weapons, people-skills, a mega phones, real estate brokers can use this as an argument against picking a home based on price versus area, etc. My favorite example so far was from Cal who suggested a dentist promote this by asking how this could have been different if the victim had a better smile. Exercise: pick a random company, and find an application for this.
The Future of Advertising
DirectTV has announced plans for the largest campaign of targeted ads where advertisers can market with messages specific to certain households. According to one researcher targeted ads result in over 30% less channel changing. This move will involve a third party research group that will collect and file data on households and match them with the appropriate ads. Link (Thanks to Dean)
Azam says... This is one of the reasons we started our research group, but that took more work than you probably want to get into. A faster play is the Model we've shared about buying and selling YouTube and Facebook accounts. With developments like this, he who gets the eyeballs and knows more about the habits of those people - can write his own check.
Have a story you think should be covered here? Send it in, we'd love to hear from you.
Recently we've had The Kids start to broker contracts between YouTube users and advertisers, so many people are behind on this that the money is so just easy to get. Bottom Line: companies are paying bigger and bigger money for smaller, more focused crowds - and they'll pay it to anybody that can prove they can get their message in front of the right crowd.
ONLY in America: "Budget cuts leave some without heat"? -
The Energy Assistance Program in Georgia assists in paying for heating bills. The program has been cut by over 40% this year alone, leaving many waiting in line for hours only to be turned away. Such is the case with one resident who, along with others, have complained about the system. Link (Thanks to Charlotte, you're awesome.)
Azam says... When I first read this, I thought "That's not the funniest thing..." but then I went and looked at the pictured as Charlotte instructed me to do. It is hilarious. Go to the link above and look in background of the woman's house... you'll see what is just about the biggest fu**ing TV I've ever seen in my life - with an X-box - and according to the story this is the ONE room that does have heat, coincidence? This mentality is much like the masses complaining about the lack of opportunity, money, etc. because of the "the economy". Injection for Business Builders â—? WeBuildEmpires.com â—? Page 2
The Cost of (Thrifty) Ego Versus Curiosity Nearly 100 years before Columbus...
Perhaps the most shocking part of these trips was how quickly they stopped.
Made his famous voyage, Admiral Zheng made his own voyages for China's Ming Dynasty. The amazing part of this journeys was their scope. Recent studies agree Zheng's fleet was roughly five times the size of Columbus' and he had nearly 30,000 men compared to the 100 or so Columbus had. Not only are Zheng's ships reported to have past the African Cape of Good of Good Hope but researchers now say he also made it to the Caribbean. The Caribbean - decades before Columbus
Eventually, just building a ship could mean certain death And Zheng's feats were officially removed from the record. This helps explains the "secrecy"... bad marketing. What would have happened if just ONE official looked at Zheng's journeys as an opportunity instead of cost? What if they weren't too scared to explore? Comfort zone? If they looked at the ROI (the good side) instead of just the investment (the "bad" side) would we speaking Chinese right now?
So why isn't this more discussed? Several reasons. The Ming Dynasty wasn't trying to explore, open trade or even expand their empire. Their goal was to show off They wanted their military might and prowess to be more appreciated. Then there was the cost
Scholars and officials quickly saw these activities as too costly and cumbersome and they aggressively shifted focus inward - to China.
What will YOU focus on? The cost of investing or the rewards of exploring? If you qualify to become a Builder you get to explore like never before:. If you're sure you'd be an asset, become a Builder now: www.WeBuildEmpires.com

Making Four Times as Much Money... from one word? This came from Kate and Denny Highland They decided to work with a local bar and help them grow their business in exchange for a cut. If you're starting out this is a great way to go because it is risk-free for all involved and it's easier to get this kind of arrangement going. They did some BASIC research To target the Biggest and Baddest Buyers and they found that there is a Fantasy Football group that comes in every week - and they get so sh**tfaced, the bar makes a fortune... well they make at least some money. So with the signs and alerts they were using they changed just one word. The word? "Fantasy". Instead just the "Football Night" or the "Football Special" they started calling it the "Fantasy Football Special", now the club, the parties, etc. are more focused on their Biggest and Baddest Buyers. "... They told us that the first weekend we did this, they made four times the average..." I love it. Here's the Episode/s they got the lessons from: www.WeBuildEmpires.com/Takeovers.html www.WeBuildEmpires.com/Intel.html
Pulling in $10,000 - $30,000 a month from open houses - from houses that you don't own, buy or even SELL... ... this is an unheard Model. These open houses are a little different you don't need to own (or even control) the houses, you won't see 'em and... you won't even have to actually have an open house -
It's true you will make more money selling a house - than you will selling a house... (you'll get it) ... plus a BONUS SECTION on how to start the process of buying brokerages while they do all the work - without paying a penny out of pocket for them...
