return policy All returns and/or exchanges require a Return Authorization Number (RA#). This can be requested by calling or emailing our customer service team. The RA# must be placed on the outside of the box in order for a full credit to be issued. Merchandise must be shipped by a traceable method (FedEx, UPS) within 30 days of receipt. The shipping address is 615 Alton Place, High Point, NC 27263. Items returned after 30 days or without an RA# will be subject to refusal or a 20% restocking fee. All products must be returned in new condition, unworn, unwashed, and with the original tags and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping and/or exchange shipping charges. In certain circumstances, items may be drop shipped to you from the manufacturer. In the event of a drop shipment, please send all returns to Team Connection. If merchandise is returned directly to the manufacturer, credit cannot be applied. Non-returnable items include items not in our catalog or on our website, closeout items, and customized items.
