To set up your email address, click on “Communications”, then “Email” and “Settings”. Enter the address you would like. As a suggestion, your email and website address should match. (For instance if you have “pamperingjoy” instance, if you have pamperingjoy as your web address as your web address (pamperingjoy.soulpurpose.net) then also select it for your email address (pamperingjoy@soulpurpose.net). You can forward your emails to another email address that you check more frequently. This will ensure that you can respond to emails in a timely manner without having to remember to check another service. To set up your personal website, click on the applicable brown tab. The system will prompt you to select a web address, then your template. Update your personal data on the upper right of your page. This controls how your name, email, title, and phone number are displayed. Update your story by clicking on Page List, then My Soul Purpose story. (or “edit my info” on template 1) Update your lead collector by clicking on Page Set Up, then Lead Collector. Be sure to enter your cell number to receive y text messages when someone visits your site and leaves their information.

Do I need to enroll for both the Youngevity Back Office separately from EMMA? Back Office separately from EMMA? Yes. They serve different roles to support your business. Youngevity Back Office provides your data center…volume, orders, customers, auto‐ship and genealogy (downline team members) and wholesale shopping cart. EMMA provides your marketing tools such as personal website, e‐cards, as personal website, e cards, contact manager, and contact manager, and wholesale shopping cart. If you are not a subscriber to EMMA, you can still access some of its basic functions, such as: enrolling new team members and placing wholesale orders. (You would still access EMMA with your ID and PASSWORD as described previously.)
Do I need to pay a subscription for both systems? The EMMA subscription is only $10 a month. Since you will get the premium marketing tools with your EMMA will get the premium marketing tools with your EMMA account, we recommend that you complement it with the FREE Basic Youngevity Account.

To change or update your password for accessing EMMA, click PROFILE. Scroll to the bottom for the update password link. EMMA FREE TRIAL. At enrollment, you should have selected the PREMIUM subscription to EMMA. It includes your 30 day FREE TRIAL. If you selected the FREE subscription instead, you’ll need to follow the prompts to subscribe once you log into the system. GETTING BLANK PAGES. Whenever you get a prompt that asks if you would like the page to download with only secure items, click no. This enables the general text and other information on the page to download th i f ti th t d l d in addition to the secured items. (Otherwise, if you click yes, you will get a blank page.) I’m already a Soul Purpose Entrepreneur, how do I subscribe to EMMA? Simply go to www.soulpurpose.net and log in with your ID # and password. Click on any brown tab and the system will prompt you through the enrollment process.
Are subscriptions based on a calendar month or 30‐days? You will be charged on the same day each month. For example: If you subscribe 5/28, you’ll be automatically charged the 28th of each month until you cancel in writing to techsupport@soulpurpose.com.
