Event Important Start Time

Triple Bypass 6:00 AM - 8:00 AM

The course will close at 8 AM. Riders WILL NOT be allowed to begin past that time. If you miss the start, it is your responsibility to find a way to Idaho Springs and join your fellow riders. You WILL NOT be shuttled if you miss the start, nor will you be allowed on the closed course.

Double Bypass 8:00 AM - 9:00 AM

Starting the Double earlier than 8 AM will have you on course before aid stations are open.

Lights

If you intend to start before daylight, (Sunrise is at 5:52 am) Colorado State law requires you to have a working headlight and taillight on your bicycle. Colorado State Patrol will be on course 4:00 am and require any rider without proper illumination to stop and stay in place until daylight. Be aware, Juniper Pass Aid station will not open until 6:30 am.
