VIP PASS COLLECTION LCR Team Logistic Responsible will make your paddock access very easy. Once you confirmed your guests numbers and contact names with LCR Management, our responsible will prepare a proper envelope with your guests passes at the Welcome Centre (appointed site to collect the passes). Inside the envelope your guests will find the Premium Guest Passes, Parking Passes, the Event Time Schedule, the MotoGP Paddock and Passes rules leaflet and the LCR On Track Customer Care Programme to join the Team in the best way. Your guests just have to wear the pass and reach the paddock entrance to begin their unique experience with us.

WELCOME The paddock area is huge and crowded but your guests can count on our Welcome Service. At their arrival in the paddock our Hospitality Responsible will be at their disposal for a friendly handshake. The LCR Hospitality staff will take you to the lounge area (equipped with international sport, financial and fashion magazines and relaxing music) for a coffee break and soft drinks giving to your guests all the information they need such as sessions/race timing, viewing area details, further paddock details etc‌

BREAKFAST & SAFETY STORAGE Excellent Italian coffee and cappuccino together with juices, croissants, cakes, fruit and more will be offered to your guest throughout the whole morning. The LCR Hospitality staff will be available for any request and after the breakfast your guests will be able to leave their personal belongings (bags, jackets, helmets, cameras and so on) in our safety storage.

MEETING WITH LCR TEAM MANAGER
To understand the real spirit of a racing Team our MKT and Commercial responsible will guide your guests to the discovery of LCR Team organization. Your guest will have access to the technical truck checking personally our staff on track work plan including a friendly and useful meeting with LCR Team Manager Lucio Cecchinello. Thanks to this special service your guests will have the chance to worm out the most detailed racing information and work procedures related to LCR Team life.

TRACK VIEWING AREA The speed is one of the most exciting feature of MotoGP and the best place to feel it the designated Viewing Area. Thanks to the MotoGP class Premium Guest Pass your guests will enjoy the 3 classes live action from a reserved grandstand inside the paddock area. The LCR Team Customer Care Responsible will be at their disposal to provide all the information including a simple map (placed at the Hospitality Unit) to reach the area in the easiest way. Enjoy the live action as a special guest

A proper restaurant service to satisfy your palates and LIVE TV action
LUNCH & LIVE TV If your guests wish to take a tasty and relaxing lunch the LCR Hospitality unit will serve a wide and gorgeous buffet from 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm. A proper restaurant service on track, from appetizer to sweets and a selection of the best Italian winery production, will satisfy your guests palates. The meals on the daily menu will be prepared by professional chefs from the best Italian restaurant. And your guests won’t lose any single action minute thanks to the wide range of TV monitors displayed at the Hospitality Unit which will be tuned in with the internal TV signal (during practices and race) and Satellite TV networks programmes (Movistar, BBC, SKY, etc...). 17
Feel the LCR Team spirit and passion at the Pit Garage
PIT GARAGE & PIT LANE EXPERIENCE Your guest will be part of an unforgettable experience joining the LCR Team technical staff and Cal Crutchlow and Jack Miller at the pit garage during the practices/races. Our PR Responsible will be at their disposal for a detailed visit inside the Pit Garage which is basically reserved to the Team members, HRC and Bridegstone technicians. They will hear the incredible engine rumble of the Honda RC213V and they will see the frenetic set up work of the technicians during a refuelling process or a tyre change. The guests zone based inside the pit garage will guarantee the safety of your guests and they will watch the riders’ performances from the TV monitors. They will also access the LCR Team Pit Canopy on the Pit Wall for a couple of minutes and, at the end of the session, they will get the chance to take some photos and autographs with our riders. 18

PADDOCK TOUR The paddock area is full of amazing things to see so one LCR Team member will guide your guests through the Paddock Tour which will include the visit of LCR Team Mobile Offices, IRTA and Dorna head quarters, Riders’ motorhome area, Team Hospitalities and so on. Your guests will enjoy a nice walk into the heart of the Paddock life meeting the MotoGP personnel, VIP guests, the best riders’ of the world and pretty umbrella girls.

Discover the high technology and the secretes of the Honda RC213V
TECHNICAL FEATURES To dig deeply in the soul of the Honda RC213V we will offer to your guests a technical brochure which illustrate the several parts of the machine and one LCR Team member will explain to your guests the technical procedures to set up the machine. They will touch the carbon fairing, they will see the rider’s equipment, they will understand the tyres rules, they will discover the use of the telemetry system and much more. 23

HAPPY HOUR After a very exciting day inside the paddock, your guests will chill out with LCR Happy Hour. Our Hospitality staff will offer them a cocktail buffet with finger food, snacks and a selection of fresh Italian wines. The charming music of Radio Montecarlo dj’s will complete the pre dinner relaxing hour. Then our Hospitality Coordinator will offer a special present to your guests with a set of Team merchandising and gadgets to remember their visit at LCR.

Feel the emotions of the race day with LCR Team
RACE DAY The Race day is the most sensational part of the GP week end and we will offer to your guests the same benefits of the previous days including the chance to watch the live action from the Viewing Area amongst hundreds of fans, from the Hospitality TV monitors comfortably seated on the coach or at the Guests Zone inside the LCR Team Pit Garage together with the technicians (and wherever it will be possible, following the Organizers procedures, we will choose some guests for a 20 minutes tour on the service road adjacent to the track aboard the MotoGP BMW VIP Shuttle). 29

LCR KARTING RACES During some GPs we organize thrilling karting races, involving our Team members and our Guests. In these special occasions they have the unique opportunity of challenging on track professional MotoGP riders and very special Champions, who are friends of LCR Team: the competition is rough‌ But in the end, the most important thing is to have fun and enjoy such an extraordinary evening.
