SUCCESS STORY
Monitoring Social Groups (I): Anticipating Calls, Mobilizations and Events During the month of July 2013 our system helped the Brazilian Intelligence Service (ABIN) to the active monitoring of antiestablishment groups in social media in order to anticipate hostile actions against the Pope's visit to Rio de Janeiro during the World Youth Day (WYD).
We managed to successfully anticipate the mobilizations with up to 3 days in advance, enough time to organize appropriate measures, and identify over 9,000 people through social networks that were accepting calls.

Monitoring Social Groups (II): Anticipating Risks Against Heritage Assets Within the monitoring of social groups in the Arab Spring, Repsol, the main spanish oil company and on of the fifteen largest in the world, required our technological solutions for active monitoring of armed groups within the Libyan Civil War. The target was that its oil fields were producing until the last moment without compromising their assets (infrastructure and people). We monitored troop movements by the study of social media communications in border towns even preparing escape plans in real time if necessary. The success was such that Repsol was even anticipated the Spanish Government to repatriate timely civilian personnel from other companies and government officials. 8
SUCCESS STORY
Law Enforcements: Guardia Civil Social media, blogs, forums and web sites with opera<onal interest are monitored daily. We integrate all systems and accessible repositories in order to coordinate in efficient way differents inves<ga<ons and opera<ons.
Due to our technology we achieve a preven<ve ac<on made up with the rest of reac<ve informa<on of the historic repositories. Since 1999 we have been developing coordination technology and knowledge management for all operational units of Guardia Civil.
Our system is set in Intelligence Service Headquarters since 2002
Development of algorithms to analize data individually in each repository o among some of them to achieve producing intelligence. 9
