A LARGE REFLECTIVE SURFACEIS STANDING IN FRAME, LEANING AGAINST THE WALL. An unidentified person steps into frame infront of the the reflection, facing away from the camera. we cannot see him that clearly. (music swells) WE NOW SEE THE PROTAGONIST EXTREMELY CLOSE UP FACING THE CAMERA AS IT PANS ACROSS HIS FACE AND THE REFLECTION OF THE STREET AND PEOPLE WALKING PAST CAN BE SEEN. SOFT SOUNDS OF THE STREET CAN BE HEARD AS THE LAST SHOT OF THE PROTAGONIST ENDS. TRANSITION TO: (Music Bursts suddenly load as the scene changes) 3

In bold red letters the words ’Fashion In Motion’ appear on the screen AT EYE LEVEL THE ENTRANCE OF THE BUILDING CAN BE SEEN IN FRAME WITH NO PEOPLE WALKING PAST(WIDE SHOT). JUMP CUT AND THERE ARE NOW PEOPLE WALKING PAST, INTERACTING WITH THE BUILDING AND STREET AND THE SOUND OF THE STREET BECOMES LOUDER. ANOTHER JUMP CUT AND THE SAME BUILDING IS IN FRAME BUT FROM OVER THE SHOULDER OF OUR PROTAGONIST AS HE WALKS FORWARD PAST THE BUSTLING SHOPS AND PEOPLE. The protagonist walks down the road, he ignores the people but consistently notices commercial aspects of the street(logos people buying shoes etc) but ignores most other aspects of it.He crosses the road to avoid busy areas and enters a store and looks at the clothes people are wearing and the clothes being sold. THE CAMERA IS TRACKING HIM AS HE WALKS MOSTLY WITH OVER THE SHOULDER WIDE TRACKING SHOTS AND MEDIUM SHOTS SHOWING HIS WHOLE BODY AS WITH EACH SPERATTIC JUMP CUT WE SEE THE PROTAGONIST CHANGE CLOTHES. HE IS RECOUNTING ALL THE CHANGE AND MOTION HE HAS GONE THROUGH ON HIS JOURNEY. He keeps walking up the street past the hotel, towards Capitec bank - In all black garment. (CONTINUED)

THE PROTAGONIST FROM A POV CLOSE UP SHOT APPROACHES AND NOTICES A STORE SELLING COLOURFUL BRACELETS. He buys one and wears it CLOSE UP SHOT OF HIS WRIST WEARING A BRACELET WITH COLOURFUL FLOWER VENDORS I AND OUT OF FRAME IN THE BACKGROUND. (He is starting to paint himself with the colours of the street) TRANSITION TO: 7

IN CLOSE UP PANNING SHOT THE PROTAGONIST IS NOW STANDING AGAINST A WALL THAT IS PLASTERED WITH A POSTER OF COLOURFUL CHARACTERS WITH COLOURFUL CLOTHING. He nods happily and approvingly at strangers passing by. THE CAMERA PANS UP HIS BODY THEN DOWN SIZING UP WHAT HE IS WEARING. TRANSITION TO: 9

We’re in the future now. The protagonist is standing unsuspectingly against a pillar then suddenly starts walking with purpose again down the street but this time hes searching for answers. WIDE SHOT HIS OUTFIT CHANGES FROM AN ALL BLACK TO A BRIGHT MUSTARD YELLOW. he does not not avoid the busy areas. Commercial aspects are completely blurred out to him and all he sees is the people. EXTREME CLOSE UP SHOT OF HIS BRIGHT YELLOW JACKET PANNING DOWN FROM THE COLLAR TO THE SLEEVES TO HIS HANDS. He is fidgeting with a button that has come off the jacket and seems introspective. (This is happening in the future) TRANSITION TO : PANNING SHOT TO A MEDIUM WIDE SHOT FROM THE BEHIND RACK OF CLOTHING NOW REVEALS THE PROTAGONIST IS IN A SHOP LOOKING AT CLOTHING IN ALL BLACK. THE MOOD IS QUIET AND OMINOUS. he turns and walks towards the camera and stands. TRANSITION TO: 13

IN FRAME IS THE PROTAGONIST FROM THE KNEES DOWN WEARING BLUE BOOTS AND IN THE BACKGROUND IS THE FLOWER VENDORS STAND. CUT TO A CLOSE UP OF THE PROTAGONISTS SHOES AND THEY ARE NEXT TO A BLUE FLOWER. PAN UP AND NOW THE PROTAGONIST IS WEARING A DEEP BLUE LEATHER JACKET. He walks down the road and begins to cross the road then stops in his tracks. 15

Protagonist if facing the street his back turned towards the stores and he is observing as people walk past. IT IS A CLOSE UP OF ONLY HIS FACE AND THE REFLECTIONS IN HIS GLASSES.

The protagonist swings on what looks like a black poncho over his shoulders and faces the camera. He fixes his all black outfit then adjusts his collar in front of the mirror before leaving to be on the street again. FROM CLOSE UP TO EXTREME CLOSE UP SHOWING DETAILS IN THE FABRIC TO OVER THE SHOULDER MIDDLE SHOT IN THE MIRROR. 21

The protagonist is standing against the same wall from the beginning with the colourful poster of the happy youngsters behind him but this time he is wearing all black and a black poncho. CUT FROM A WIDE SHOT OF HIM AND THE WALL TO A MEDIUM CLOSE UP OF HIM TUGGING AT HIS COLLAR AND LOOKING TO THE SIDE. TRANSITION TO: 23

SUDDENLY A KALEIDOSCOPE OF IMAGES FLASHES AS QUICK SPORADIC SHOTS OF THE PROTAGONIST SITTING IN DIFFERENT OUTFITS FROM THROUGHOUT HIS JOURNEY AND SLOW DRAWLING IMAGES OF A POV SHOTS OF HIM WALKING PAST RACKS OF COLOURFUL CLOTHING IS LAYERED OVER IT IN SHARP CONTRAST. FINALLY REACHING A HEAD. (Music from the beginning swells again) A BLURRY TRACKING SHOT OF THE PROTAGONIST FROM BEHIND AS HE STRUTS CONFIDENTLY TOWARDS THE SETTING SUN. THE LIGHT ALMOST SILLOUGHETTING HIM BUT NOT QUITE. FADE TO BLACK: END
