Well, the answer is right in front of us Companies decide to go for automation and artificial intelligence instead of people because it reduces cost and increases productivity, while an employee is paid by hour, a machine can work 24 hours a day without any problem.

Companies opt for engineers specialized in technology, programming and development of improvements that can have this. This not only happen in the area of technology. For example, in medicine there are thousands of new discoveries that come out of our imagination, the most relevant in recent years has been the development of xenotransplantation, it is to inserting the heart of a pig to a human, it may sound like a very bad idea, and yet it's the most current and innovative medical procedures and above all succesful, teaching us that not only the traditional ways had a great result.

Thinking that machines can be our colleagues may sound crazy, but if you think about it, artificial intelligence is becoming more and more powerful. It can help us with things as simple as answering a question silly or even giving us a medical diagnostic. Many peoples see it as an evil thing or as a threat, arguing that if it falls into the wrong hands with bad people it can be devasting because as I said earlier, the world is becoming more and more dominated by technology. On the other hand, some people think that having technology to our fingertips and as a fool to improve the jobs, studies and even life, is the best gift that science can give us.

I can conclude that although technology is our life, it’s not yet a normality or a way of life that we adopt Our professional/work life will be forced to evolve and be updated sooner and sooner, we must go hand in hand with technology so that it cannot replace us.
