QUANTITÀ INFERIORI AL MINIMO D’IMBALLO Eventuali disimballi per quantità inferiori al minimo d’imballo indicate in ogni tabella prodotto comporterà un’ addebito netto di € 6,00 per ogni tipologia di prodotto.

RESI Non si accettano ritorni di merce, se non autorizzati per iscritto dalla TECHNOMAX.

RISERVA DI PROPRIETÀ La merce rimarrà di proprietà della Technomax s.r.l. sino al pagamento integrale da parte del Cliente.

GARANZIA I prodotti sono garantiti per un periodo di 2 anni. Fa fede lo scontrino/fattura ﬁscale. Entro tale termine vengono, quindi, sostituiti gratuitamente, o riparati, i pezzi riscontrati difettosi per vizio di fabbricazione, ed è esclusa ogni altra spesa e/o indennizzo a qualsiasi titolo richiesto. Sono esclusi dalla garanzia i danni causati da una normale usura, da un’utilizzazione impropria e da una mancanza di manutenzione. In caso di sostituzione del prodotto o parti di esso, la scadenza della garanzia sarà quella del prodotto originario.

RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE Les retours de marchandises ne sont pas acceptés sauf si autorisation par notiﬁcation écrite de Technomax/AGCI.

RESERVE DE PROPRIETE Toute marchandise reste l’entière propriété de Technomax jusqu’à son règlement intégral.

GARANTIE Tous les produits sont garantis 2 ans. Seule la facture fait foi. Ces termes impliquent un remplacement ou une réparation des pièces défectueuses gratuitement. Toutes autres charges ou demandes d’indemnisation sont exclues. La garantie ne couvre pas l’usure normale de la marchandise et exclut tous dommages causés par une utilisation impropre ou un manque d’entretien.

The damages caused from normal usury are excluded from the guarantee, from an improper use and lack of maintenance.
