• Organized: The organized sector includes companies that possess a management/leadership team with a well-defined hierarchy down the line. Organized sector companies own a mix of skilled and semi-skilled manpower, also own a large manpower to cater to multiple sites at once. The unskilled manpower is usually hired by such companies via sub-contracting arrangements. Organized sector facility management firms cater to a large area/region and the companies have geographical presence in multiple countries.

• Unorganized: The unorganized sector are the service providers that do not possess a defined/formal organizational structure, or a management/leadership team. The size of the manpower in unorganized sector is very small, mostly comprising semi-skilled to unskilled manpower with no formal training/upskilling is provided to the manpower. The companies mostly cater to a small geographical presence often limited to a city/region and doesn’t possess a far-off range.

BY APPLICATION

• Residential: The application in the sectors that comprises of residential buildings with the accompanying capital equipment along with the construction, repair, production, supply, transport, and other systems that serve housing resources and are included in the system of housing management as its material-technical base. The sector includes single-family housing, multi-family residential, mobile homes, etc.

• Commercial: The application in the sectors that comprises of all the commercial projects of the region along with all the businesses except those involved in manufacturing and transport. This also includes any business or venture done with the sole motive of gaining a profit. The sector includes hotels, restaurants, wholesale businesses, retail stores, warehouses, storage facilities, and health, educational institutions, etc.

• Industrial: The application in the sectors that comprises of any venture or business which deals with the manufacturing & construction of goods. The sector includes construction, manufacturing, utilities, automobiles, clothing, mining, etc.

• Public Sector: The application in the sectors that comprises of portions of the economy composed of all levels of government and government-controlled enterprises. The sector includes government hospitals, government associations, banks, military, law enforcement, public infrastructure, public transit, etc.
