We present you here the characteristic of one of its machinery, a linear tube filling and closing machine MTL-200.

L’intubettatrice MTL-200 arriva ad una velocità di 200 pz./min (max 160 pz./min in produzione). Essendo una macchina lineare si può incrementare la produzione aggiungendo un’altra o più linee alla catena tubetti (MTL-300,MTL-400) oppure la doppia testa per riempire 2 tubetti alla volta per linea (MTL-100/2,MTL-200/2). The MTL-200 tubes filling and closing machine is a one-of-a-kind, small-size linear machine with high performances, which is accessible from all sides to ensure extra-easy operator control. It features a stainless steel frame and panels, an innovative tube feeding system and ejecting, to ensure the integrity of the tubes, especially with aluminium tubes. A linear tube transfer on 2 rows. A key feature is the possibility to equip a double-head unit for closing/ sealing aluminium polyethylene and laminate tubes without any change. It is enough to just tap on the touch-screen control panel the type of tube you are using. It can feel product with up to 2 or 3 colours (as striped toothpaste). The changeover parts is very easy and fast thanks to an innovative system. It is ideal for installation in sterile room and totally reliable over time.

MTL-200 tubes filling and closing machine arrive up to 200 pcs/min. (160pcs/min max. production speed).
