Distinguishing features

processing to disassemble the machine and clean the meshes, Emilos has equipped its vibrating screens with special motovibrators. Also, under the Emilos brand, these vibrators are designed to give off a jolting undulatory and rotary motion which allows to keep the filtration mesh clean and unclogged. The dynamism of Emilos allows a direct and immediate comparison with the customer’s needs. And to solve any type of problem, it puts in place specific screening tests and produces vibrating screens exclusively Made in Italy. The Emilos sieving system is covered by a patent, and allows high performance in terms of productivity and quality. Improving the selection of products

Thanks to the screening systems, in the food industry it is possible to sift products with different grain sizes, letting only the finest powders pass or those of the desired thickness. But often in the sieving process of food powders such as whey, for example, there is a risk of mesh blocking. Because the granules of the treated material, which are extremely fine, can join the meshes and with each other reducing the sieved passage area and consequently the production volume. To eliminate the clogging of the meshes, increase the production and reduce downtime caused by the interruption of

Emilos designs and creates vibrating screens suitable for sieving food and non-food products, both in series and customized. Designed to work continuously 24 hours a day, they are distinguished from traditional vibrating screens on the market for their particular construction concept and for the motovibrator they are equipped with, it works at 3000 rpm instead of 1400 of the standard models and allows to reach high hourly productions.

In case of sieving particularly difficult products, Emilos installs on its vibrating screens mesh unblocking systems: perforated tray equipped with rubber balls, perforated tray equipped with cleaners or screen holding frame system equipped with spokes and small timed pneumatic motor. This latest system is innovative, and allows the operator, in complete autonomy, to replace the mesh quickly. All vibrating screens are equipped with a double-groove screen holder frame with screen tension rings, a practical screen tensioning system that reduces labor and transport costs, as well as waiting times for technical interventions, that the end user would otherwise have to deal with in the absence of such a system. Emilos vibrating screens are built entirely in Aisi 304L stainless steel (Aisi 316 on request) and they can be equipped with a motor, Emilos marked, suitable for the specifications of environments at risk of explosion (Atex II 2GD EEx d IIB T4 certification).

Work continuously

In its production Emilos boasts circular vibrating screens with diameters ranging from a minimum of 450 up to a maximum of 1800 mm. Furthermore, it produces rectangular vibrating screens for high hourly flow rates or with side motors instead of the classic ones below, roughing sieves and refining vibrating screens, as well as automatic and manual magnets. The vibrating screens are capable of sieving with any type of mesh, from the finest (opening 0,035 mm, for example) to the largest, and share low maintenance requirements.

“Block” represents the special version of the SL, CR and CRS vibrating screens. It is an “all in one” solution (collection tank + diffuser + pipe + centrifugal electric pump or diaphragm pump + magnetic iron removers), which can be easily moved when needed. Easy to install and maintain, it is entirely built in AISI 304L stainless steel. It shares many qualities of the other Emilos vibrating screens (simple maintenance and cleaning, quick and autonomous replacement of the filtering mesh, possible application of a mesh unblocking system, 24-hour operation), has two or four pole motorization and product containment band without corner piece with full-field filtering mesh.
