BIBEK CHAUDHARY Architecture for me, is smilar to moments of life, either they are very special or minimal, but you got to cherish them both. I believe art, creation and design should speak of time and value, and i would think of me as a good designer if i can connect the concept in my mind and the final design outcome with the bridge of the element named ‘immortality’.

COMMUNITY CENTER

Architecture design Studio 5 Tutors Ar. Suman Joshi Ar. Ram Shrestha A community center is a space where people from a specific locality or neighborhood come together to engage in various activities, events, and programs. The concept of a gathering space with a visual axis aims to create a welcoming and inviting environment for the community to interact and connect.

12

The gathering space would be designed with a central area that acts as the focal point of the center. This area could be a courtyard, a plaza, or an open green space that provides a clear view of the surrounding buildings and streets. The visual axis would help to draw people towards the center and encourage them to explore the space. The community center could offer a range of facilities and amenities to cater to the needs and interests of the community. The center could also host events and programs such as workshops, classes, performances, and community gatherings.

that could be built within a given area. The single-floor layout would also help to reduce construction costs and simplify maintenance requirements.

Low-cost housing is an essential component of any community, providing affordable and decent housing for people who are struggling to make ends meet. the design for low-cost housing could be a rectangular block, consisting of a single floor with air passages throughout the building. The rectangular block design would provide an efficient use of space, maximizing the number of housing units.

The air passages throughout the building would provide natural ventilation, reducing the need for air conditioning and lowering energy costs. The passages could be designed to allow for cross-ventilation, drawing fresh air into the building and expelling stale air, improving indoor air quality and promoting a healthy living environment.

RESIDENCE

Architecture design Studio 3 Tutors Ar. Shova Thapa Ar. Tabassum Siddiqui A residence with an infinity concept that includes a connection with nature, big openings, and white spaces as blank pages to fill would provide a harmonious and comfortable living environment for its residents. The infinity concept would allow for the indoor and outdoor spaces to flow seamlessly, creating a sense of openness and unity with the surrounding natural environment.

28

Large windows and sliding doors could be used to provide ample natural light and ventilation while offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. The use of white spaces as blank pages to fill would provide flexibility for the residents to personalize and customize their living environment. The white spaces could be used for artwork, photos, and other decorative elements, allowing the residents to express their individuality and creativity. a residence with an infinity concept that includes a connection with nature, big openings, and white spaces as blank pages to fill would provide a comfortable and harmonious living environment
