At Pat’s Pizza & Bistro, we strive to provide our customers with “Clean Ingredients, Real Food.” “Clean ingredients” are simply about eating foods in their more natural state and avoiding over-processed ingredients and unnecessary preservatives. We do this by, amongst other things, using pizza flour free from bleach and potassium bromate, meats free from nitrates, fresh San Marzano tomatoes, high-quality pizza cheese, house-made panko-crusted chicken that is free of fillers, fresh dough made daily, and house-made focaccia bread. We believe in taking the time to make things the clean way. After all, “Clean Ingredients” produce “Real Food”!
