- About 85% participants thought that CUE responding speed was slow
- All participants believed it was dangerous to touch screen while driving, 70% of them were not willing to use voice control due to low efficiency.
- More than 90% particanpants hardly used navigation via CUE system
- The currenty system was not able to write Chinese quickly and correctly.

UNDERSTANDING Background Xue was born in Jiangsu provience,China. He is a marketing manger. He frequent travel between Shanghai and Suzhou via self-driving. Xue JIN 36 years old Marketing manger Vehicle: XTS
Driving exeripence Mr.JIN is a experienced drivier, he drive car more than 10 years. Due to business reqioreemts, car is a part of his daily life and work. He treats safe as top priority and enjoys music while driving. The frequency of changing car is every 5 years.
Tech usage
Family He has one child who is a 4 years old girl. He lives in a spacious apartment with his wife and kid in Shanghai.
Limitation Learnability is not as well as the young. Sometimes Mr.JIN are tired while driving a long trip, he cannot focus for a long time.
STORYBOARD
1.It is a snow winter, Tome wake up and notice the cold weather.
2.Before breakfast, Tome use phone to remote start car in order to run air condition to get warm.
3.After 10 mins, Tom open the door, he feel warm and haapy in the cold outside.
4.He is on the way to company and turn on the seat heat while listening the FM.
5.He remembers a song he recently listn on the phone, and want to listen that while the traffic light is red.
7.When he arrive the company, he still cannot listen the song he wants.
6.He looks the HUD and operate in a hurry to connect phone. But he failed beacause the traffic light timing is not enough to do that.

Task 1
1. Before test give users 5 mins to be familiar with test devices. 2. Put camera and screen recording in the front of users. 3. Writing the password “290056” on the paper, put paper on the desk.
Look up car’s information 1. Open “onstar” on the phone and find tyre’s information 2. Open “onstar” on the phone and tap “onstar plan”, check the plan statue tell me how many days it left.
Task 2 Remote control 1. Open “onstar” on the phone and tap remote control, remote start car. 2. Open “onstar” on the phone and tell me the operation history information
Task 3 Car’s location check 1. Open “onstar” on the phone and find cas’ location icon put password on it. 2. Follow task 3.1, share current location to wechat moments.
Findings from users 1. In main page, infrmation is confusing for users, in task 3 it is hard for users to “undo” operation 2.Remote control failed because of internet connection for few times. 3.Interface layout confusion, it takes a long time to find specific information

Process of Ideation The final solution was originated from a discussion about how we understand “Feedback”. Initially we focused on different aspects of feedback, which was mainly divided into two sections. In the procedure of conducting a project, colleagues should give feedbacks to each other in order to keep on the right track, while at the end of that, peer-to-peer feedbackenables employees to have a better understanding of their performance. In general, project works as a link between co-workers in teamwork, and the majority of conversations and behaviors are related to it. As a result, we combined all our ideas with a mutual point, which was “In the workplace, feedbacks are based on projects”, and that’s how we formed our idea.

王总出身农村,读过师范,后来进修过大学, 在上个世纪加入了建设行业,工作积极投入只 有周末有机会跟老婆还在在一起,十分注重 情亲,逢年过节回家探望老父亲。

自我介绍 您好,我是刘蒋逸浪,目前在悉尼大学读交互设计,预计2019年10月毕业。本科是 上海音乐学院,多媒体艺术设计专业,2013年在中国美术学院上海设计院数字系交 换一年。 从2014年到2016年,我在学校下属的数字中心从事多媒体采编工作,主要是制作音 乐会,舞台剧等相关等宣传工作,每逢上海新艺术季也会参与多媒体舞台制作。在 本科毕业以后,计划在2019年读研,其中半年的空档期在 唐农网络科技有限公司 开始了初级产品经理的工作,在创业公司承担了产品调研,产品设计等工作职能。
