Big Splash Family Night
Please note: All sessions (including pools parties) will be called out 5 minutes before they are due to finish.
Session Descriptions Public Swim These sessions are open to all. Children under 8 years of age must be accompanied in the water at all times by an adult aged 16+ (max. 2 children per adult).
Fun Session A fun packed session with floats. An exciting experience for children of all ages. Big Splash Family Night: A session specifically for families of all ages to come along and enjoy our fantastic pools at Splash. All children regardless or age, must be accompanied in the water by at least one adult for this session.
Early Bird Start the day with an enjoyable morning swim and get the benefit of a reduced rate. Adults and juniors both welcome.
Lunch Time Swim Keep fit during your lunch hour, with the added incentive of a reduced price. We also offer a 5 4 3 lunch time promotion - purchase 3 swims and get 2 more free!
Ladies Only These sessions are for ladies aged 16 years and over, who either want a serious swim or simply to relax with friends.
Learn to Swim If you would like to learn to swim, child or adult, then there’s no better place to start! Our lessons follow the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming (NPTS) which is an inclusive programme taking the non swimmer on their own individual aquatic journey.
Adults Only For swimmers aged 16 years + who wish to swim lengths. Lanes where possible will be available for swimmers.
Aqua Aerobics We offer various aqua aerobics sessions each tailored for various fitness levels. Active Health Aqua is for those enrolled on our Active Health scheme and Aqua Fit is an excellent conditioning aerobic workout for adults aged 16+. The great thing about aqua aerobics is that the water provides extra resistance, without placing stresses on joints.

Private Hire These sessions are reserved for clubs. If you are interested in booking our pool for private hire, please contact Reception.
School Swimming Stockton Education Department hire 2 lanes of the Pool during the week from 9.00am to 3.00pm. Please note 4 lanes of the Main Pool are still available to our Swimmers.
Parent & Toddler An ideal session for those wishing to spend quality time with their child. Exclusive use of the pool ensures a pleasant, undisturbed experience.
