02 House in the Wild, (IPLAN) Project Type – Residential Location – Virtual Building Area – 100 Sq.m Building Height – 2 storey Software – Revit 2025.02 Year – Winter, 2024 Description – Developed a compact livework house for a painting artist as part of a Revit training project. The design thoughtfully integrates with the natural topography by utilizing existing contours, minimizing cut and fill, and preserving the surrounding landscape. This approach reduces the need for retaining walls, conserves construction materials, and supports local biodiversity.

03 Panorama House Project Type – Residential-Interior Role – Interior Designer Location – Pune, India Software – AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Photoshop Size – 1250 Sq.ft Year – 2024 Status – Ongoing Description – Participated in the design of a 3bedroom house addressing the client’s basic requirements, including privacy from the west side due to overlooking apartments. Through brainstorming, we developed a solution that not only ensured privacy but also enhanced energy efficiency. The spaces were planned to provide every room with panoramic views of the downtown skyline.

06 Axis Vertiga Project Type – Mixed Use (Commercial + Residential) Role – Junior Architect Location – Pune, India Software – AutoCAD, Sketchup, Building area – 850 Sq.M Year – 2016 Status – Completed Description – Played a role in condo layout planning with three open sides for natural light and ventilation, meeting the developer's requirements. Assisted in addressing the challenge of aligning mixed-use grids by incorporating a PT beam above the commercial block to support the residential structure. Supported facade development, detailed drawings, and sales presentation materials using AutoCAD and SketchUp during the schematic design (SD) stage.
