Common as-built drawings for architects:1. Floor Plan: The Floor Plan is where it all begins. Since they all relate to the floor plan, you must first obtain an accurate floor plan before ordering the majority of other drawings. The exterior and interior walls, windows, and doors, as well as other obvious structural components like columns and stairs, are all shown on a decent as-built floor plan. Other information required may be included as needed or displayed on a different design.
2. Roof Plan: On the majority of our projects, particularly residential remodels, this As-Built Plan is a requirement.
