Dr. Rubinstein, PhD, head of the Goldschleger Eye Research Institute and member of the Department of Human Molecular Genetics and Biochemistry at the Faculty of Medicine of Tel Aviv University, completed her Ph.D. studies at Tel Aviv University and her postdoctoral training at the University of Washington.
