The Client, Living Faith church, in line with their Vision 2022 Mandate commissioned us to design a residential estate which would cater for an anticipated population growth of the church. The site provided for the proposed project is situated in an underdeveloped area with the nearest amenities being several kilometers from the area. The proposed design goes beyond meeting the client’s design reuirement to also accommodating some facilities such as a school and a shoping plaza, which can be accessed by the surounding community Doing this will ensure a synergy between the host community and the residents of the proposed estate. However, a detailed design was not provided for these facilities as the inclusion of these facilies had not been approved. The Proposed design also features a park and pockets of green areas, which act as wind breakers and also promotes social interaction between the vresidents of the proposed estate
