TERMS & CONDITIONS These terms and conditions relate to the operations Tenfold Investments Pty Ltd ABN 57 106 990 934 and its subsidiaries (together, 'Tenfold Investments', 'we', 'us' or 'our') for all functions, special and ticketed events. 1. FUNCTIONS 1.1 Confirmation of Booking/ Deposit In order to confirm your function booking, we require full payment of quoted minimum food spend. This can be increased closer to the function date. If the deposit and booking form are not received, we reserve the right to allocate the space to another client. 1.2 Confirmation of Final Numbers Final numbers are to be confirmed 5 days prior to your function and full payment received. If final numbers are not provided, the highest estimated numbers of guests as advised on the booking form will be confirmed. Clients will be required to pre-pay according to final confirmed numbers. 1.3 Cancellation All cancellations must be made in writing to the Functions Manager. The following cancellation fees apply to all function bookings. Peak season functions (October through to April) will need to give the venue 30 days’ notice to receive a full refund. Low season functions (May through to September) will need to give the venue 72 hours’ notice to receive a full refund. Any function cancellations that do not give the relevant notice will forfeit the deposits or payments made to the venue. 1.4 Payment We accept cash, credit card or EFTPOS. Direct debits will also be accepted providing a remittance is emailed to the Functions Manager and Accounts department at time of payment. Any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card provided on the booking confirmation form. 1.5 Minimum Spends/Guest Numbers We reserve the right to apply minimum food and beverage spends where a room is specifically allocated for a function. If the minimum food and beverage spend quoted is not met, the difference will be charged as room hire. We also reserve the right to refuse a function booking or to section off an exclusive area based on guest numbers or minimum spend. 1.6 Labour Charges If you require additional staff to serve your function, you will need to arrange this with the Function Manager, you will also be responsible for the additional wage costs, outlined by the Functions Manager. These costs will be relevant to the time or day of function. 1.7 Equipment, Decorations & Entertainment Please ask our Functions Manager about decorations for your function area, equipment hire or for entertainment needs. 2. SPECIAL AND TICKETED EVENTS 2.1 Bookings All tickets must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
2.2 Cancellations Please choose carefully prior to purchasing tickets to an event, as we do not issue refunds for incorrect purchases or cancellations. 3. Supply of Alcoholic Beverages We retain the right to refuse the supply of alcoholic beverages to any guest attending the venue that are considered to be underage, intoxicated or behaving in an offensive manner. 4. Underage Guests All underage guests must be in the accompaniment of their parent or court appointed legal guardian at all times. Please note the following rules apply to children at the premises even in the company of parents. Please ask about our policy regarding children. 5. Responsibility The client is financially responsible for any damage that is sustained to the venue or any other property whilst holding a function at our venue. 11. Menus Our venues reserve the right to change any of our menu items at any time as per seasonal changes. 12.
